Default Using sentiments and dry embossing

As I was admiring this cutie in the gallery, I found myself wondering, once again -- which comes first -- the sentiment or the embossing?

Do you emboss first and then stamp the sentiment? Do you stamp the sentiment and then dry emboss?

Does it depend on the card and, if so, what makes you choose one technique over the other?

Inquiring minds (at least this one!) want to know.

I would stamp first. You will get a better impression then stamping after you dry embossed the paper.
