Hello ladies, I still have not caught up on all the chatter yet, I am sorry. I did get my Santa Swap stuff done, however, I am hurting pretty good right about now so I think I will go lay down for awhile. Maybe take a pain pill first. My head is feeling better and my leg is feeling better. My hip, shoulder, buttocks, and back are still hurting pretty good. I see the doc on Thursday so...but I know nothing is broken so I am not too worried about it. I think it hurt my pride more than anything. kwim? Thank God I had my cell phone on me or who knows how long I would have sat at the bottom of those stairs. uggg...Oh Vickie, I did see your Martian card. Very very cool. I left you some love. I will get my mirror card out to you as soon as I am able to get to the post office, ok? Thank you for completing my dare. Well ladies...I am going to scoot for awhile. If I can't sleep maybe I will come back out here. Huggs P.S. If you can please refrain from giving me anymore dares for the rest of the letter "M". I will go check to see if I missed any that were given to me. If I did, I will accept those and fullfill them. Thank you ladies. Kathy keep up the great job!!!!!

Thanks Dani, I'm trying to do you proud! You don't have any other dares, so just relax and get better. You are so lucky you had your cell phone on you! I lay mine on the table when I am in the house!
I just caught up on the posts for today and I see a lot has gone on today.
I just had to pop in with another card I made for the letter M during the weekend. I think M has been a great letter this week. We sure have had a lot of very creative cards.

A bank robber in Virginia Beach got a nasty surprise when a dye pack designed to mark stolen money exploded in his Fruit-of-the-Looms. The robber apparently stuffed the loot down the front of his pants as he was running out the door. "He was seen hopping and jumping around with an explosion taking place inside his pants," said a police spokesman. Police have the man's charred trousers in custody.

Donna Donna we are making soap again in about 5 weeks at craft, so I will take pics of the happenings and make a tuti out of it, but I am no expert at soap making..... I went to a craft and have made several batches only, one was a dud, one was good, and the results are to be seen from last week yet.

Kathy, I bought the glycerin soap and molds from OTC but I didn't know what use for coloring (thank you Lauren) and I still have to buy some scents. Let me know if you really want to try it!!!
I know what you mean. It doesn't seem like it was 11 years ago.
After I had watched several news stories and memorial services about this, I decided I need to stop. I will be thinking of it all day. My thoughts and prayers to the victims families, the emergency personnel and the military.

My heart goes out to those who effected in any way with the 9/11 disaster, and that includes those who were emotionally effected by this happening in their world or in mine.
A very sad event that changed the lives of every free thinking person in the world I believe. Everyone felt there was no longer a safe place. So sad, so traumatic and the ripples will be felt for such a long time to come with the health issues still to come to pass.

I am doing fine. I have been busy making a lot of cards the last few days and then I decided I should clean up the craft room a little and reorganize some things.
Sometimes I don't put things back where they should be and I hate it when I can't find things I want to use!
Oh Jeri!! You have to come here first and find the things I put away in a really good place!!!! Grumpy is the worst!! He went out dressed for night and came back dressed for afternoon! Where did everything else go?!?!?!?
I used to go to that thread also, gave away alot of things I purchased in the beginning of card making and then realized, not what I wanted. Good thread. Very generous people.
