Favoriting Heart now always available to favorite

Some pics I go into and the heart is available to favorite the pics. Other pics are not showing the heart. Is this a glitch? Or is it now personal choice whether the favoriting heart is available/shown?

Actually, as it stands right now, none of the hearts are appearing on any of the gallery photos. Previously, some pics had it and some didn't.

Okay - I see the hearts, so there's definitely something wrong with your browser or setup.

Try clearing your cache (instructions at the top of this forum) and updating your flash player at Adobe

I've cleared the cache. It looks like that solved the problem. Thanks.
