Yes, I draw some in the week before the deadline, and then the rest after the deadline over several days. There are so many prizes to give out, we just have fun with it and chat during the drawings.
Okay, sorry, clear as mud to me. I was reading the posting today about the "grand prize" rules. Am I to understand that I now need to do something else besides being in the gallery to be considered? Thought that already put you in contention. Help!!
But if you've done ALL the challenges, we do ask for a link to each in the grand prize thread just to make our jobs a little easier.
If you have done SOME but not all of the challenges, you don't need to do anything - you're in the running for prizes.
So we need to link each and every one of our cards into the prize thread to qualify for the grand prize? I AM TOTALLY CONFUSED! Where is the grand prize thread? Guess I have a lot of work to do!
Need help linking a card? Follow these instructions!1. Open 2 windows: One window for your card and one for the grand prize thread.
2. In the thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.
You're done!
Ok, has anyone here successfully cut & pasted their card links from their Excel spreadsheet into SCS? I have a brand new laptop with a brand new operating system and can't get it to let me just cut and paste! GRRRRRRRR
It's a Mac, by the way. And if anyone can help, I would sure appreciate it! Otherwise I put all those links in that spreadsheet for nothing....

I've got a Mac too and I was able to open the spreadsheet and copy all of the links at once (highlighted the entire column), then I hit "Command" and the letter "C" at the same time (that copies it). Then I went to the thread, hit the reply button to open the blank box. Made sure that my cursor was in the box and hit "Command" and the letter "V" at the same time and it pasted the links in. Hope that helps...I'm still learning to use this thing, I keep asking "Why can't I just right click and make it work???"
Yikes, should have looked at the other thread before answering. Looks like you already figured it out.
I've been working hard on these cards & I'm sure everyone has too...It's been lots of fun again this year Lydia. Thanks everyone for posting great challenges & for a great cause.
Okay, the month is officially over and I cannot see more than 32 challenges. There are 32 forum threads with titles that match the spreadsheet. There are 32 on the spreadsheet and if there were 3 on October 1, that would total 33 but I can't find the other two from October 1st. We have running total on what we have accomplished (my mom and I) but I can't tell what we are missing...?
I have 33 total from the spreadsheet....including the first 3 on Oct 1...should there be more than 33? I've made 37 cards so far, but I've made more on other challenges & still working on the ones I need to get done.
Excellent program and excellent job Lydia. I went back and read up on last years program and saw the prize listing posted on the 10th of November. Is that approximately when we might be seeing results this year? Also how many of the prizes are considered to be in the grand prize drawings for doing all of the cards? Saw they only had 5 last year in that category. Thanks....
Lydia, I just found the thread where you load the links to your cards if you complete all the challenges. How long do I have to do that? I will try to get those all listed out today. Hope it's not too late... Thanks.
Sure - the gallery closed yesterday at noon, but if they were all in there before it closed I'll give you today to post in that thread. My reports aren't done yet so I can't start the big drawings yet

Just found this information this morning. I will try to get my 33 links into the Grand Prize thread yet today!!
I'm trying to print the mailing label for my package using the USPS Click & Ship program, and it keeps giving me an error message that "an invalid Delivery Address was entered".
What's up with that? Has anyone else experienced this?

I had some trouble with this too when I used the Paypal shipping labels. It told me that the Name was too long so I abbreviated her title a lot. I was able to get it to print by using this as the first line of the address: Maggi Suttles, Dept Vol Svcs, Unit 115. The rest of the address seemed to work fine.
Hope that helps. If you have a Paypal account, you can print a shipping label from Paypal by going to www.paypal.com/shipnow and logging in. It even lets you print First Class and Parcel Post labels with tracking info (the USPS website won't let you do that).
Thanks, Amy. I played with it some more using Click-n-Ship. I think having 5 lines in the mailing address was what was causing the problems. Once I cut it down to 4 lines like you showed, it processed the label just fine.
