I had the same problem and found that somehow my pic size setting on my camers got changed...look in the owners manual for your camera and find the pic size for each setting SCS max size is 2048......hope this helps ...it did the trick for me

Yes I had the same problem, after I load the card into the computer I have to close it out and then go into pictures, then click on that one and bring it up. under fix is resize and type in 800 the other one should fill in automatically and save it. That should take from about 2000kb down to about 200 and then you can load it to SCS
