IFC59: 12/7/09 Silver and Gold
Silver and gold are probably not anyone's go-to colors when creating scrapbook pages. However, I think we can all take exception at this festive time of year and enjoy a little experimentation with products that glitter and shine. It definitely works on holiday and winter-themed pages. And since a little sparkle never hurt anyone I'd like for you to give it a try on your next page. Whether you are creating a scrapbook page or a page for your December Daily Album your challenge is to accent your pages with metallic products. It doesn't have to be silver or gold as long as it shimmers, glitters, and shines. Get out your Stickles, Glitters, metallic paints etc. and have a great time putting on the glitz!

This is a great challenge... It reminds me of a LO that I finished back in Jan 2008, I added it this gallery just for some extra ideas...

I really want to try your Daily Dec idea..... I'll be back later! This will be our first Christmas with out everyone being here and I think the journal idea is great.

Here's my page for the 2nd Mini VSBN challenge. Created Going Gray paper for the silver part and then had to keep changing hue/saturation until I arrived at the gold paper. TFL
