and so the Fairytale story continues.
Queen LaLatty won the contest and received her prize, a brand new scrapbox! The young Prince was surprised to see such a large package being delivered. He thought the package was as big as the fiercest dragon in the kingdom!
Oh! You are right, my little prince! My ScrapBox has been delivered and now Mommy and Daddy have to put it together.
And so the King and Queen began working. First, the ScrapBox needed to be assembled and the royal dog had to oversee the operation.
Sillly, Royal pet dog! Thats not a sword; its a screwdriver that the King is using to assemble the ScrapBox. The King typically would need help with something like this from his Royal Staff, but not this time.

The ScrapBox was so easy to assemble, even the King can do it! The King didn’t need to use duct tape and a butter knife this time. Just look what the King can do!
The ScrapBox is all assembled now and the next thing that needed to be done was for Queen LaLatty to fill it with her crafting supplies.

Filling the ScrapBox was no small task. How on earth would the Queen fit all her supplies in the ScrapBox?
She spent most of the day organizing her supplies and labeling all of the ScrapBox totes. Queen LaLatty was able to put almost everything she had inside her ScrapBox and after all of her organizing, she still had some empty totes inside!
These are the few things that she had leftover after her day of organizing. Everything else is in her new ScrapBox.
The King was only too happy to hear that there’s still room in her ScrapBox for more stuff ;)

A few days later Queen LaLatty and her family all worked together to organize baby princess’ new bedroom. This is why Queen LaLatty needed the ScrapBox; so that the baby Princess would have her very own bedroom!!
I’m so glad to hear that you like your new bedroom, princess. I knew you would like it! And since you don’t have to hear mama and daddy snoring anymore you’ve been sleeping so well. You now have your very own place inside our castle.
Once, the castle was back in order, and baby princess has her own room now, Mama’s new Scrapbox was finished and ready for some crafting!
The Princess was curious and wanted to see what was inside.

Drat! She was fooled by the child locks.
Ha…ha….! No princess it’s not stuck! You can’t open Mama’s new ScrapBox because it has a locks on it. This way you won’t get hurt and you can’t get into my crafting supplies.
And so the story ends that Queen LaLatty has a new work space, baby Princess was able to have her own room now, and alas the King and Queen were able to get a good night’s sleep.
…and the Royal family lived happily ever after…..
THE END

I'd just like to take a moment to say thank you to The Original ScrapBox for offering such an amazing prize, and thank you to Splitcoast Stampers for hosting the contest. Also special thanks to the judges for all of your time that it took to read each entry, to the other nine finalists, everyone who entered the contest, and everyone who took the time read our entries and place your vote. I had such a great time sharing my story, pictures, and my family with everyone.
It sure has been a busy week trying to get my ScrapBox organized, moving my stamping items downstairs, getting my ScrapBox set up and organized, and turning my craft room into a nursery for the baby.
I've already started using my new ScrapBox and I am so thrilled with it. The ScrapBox is a fantastic piece of furniture! I saw a ScrapBox at a stamp show about two years ago and I never thought I would have one of my own. When my ScrapBox arrived and I saw everything in five boxes I kept thinking about how hard this was going to be to put together, but the instructional DVD video that was included was terrific!
It took my husband and I about 4 1/2 hours to put it together, but it went smoothly and then after it was assembled I spent about 2 hours putting up the shelves and opening the canvas totes.
I waited until the next day to start bringing my supplies downstairs and once I had everything gathered I started organizing things and putting them where I thought it would work best. I ended up putting all of my stamping supplies inside my ScrapBox except for my ink caddy, scrap card stock, and a few scrapbook albums.
I am totally thrilled with my ScrapBox and if anyone is thinking about purchasing one for yourself, I say go for it! The ScrapBox holds so much more than you could imagine and the best part is that when you are finished crafting the table folds down and you just close the doors. The ScrapBox is on wheels and even though it is filled with supplies it moves so easily.
I'll even be able to use more of my supplies now that they are handy. I never heat embossed very often because it was hard for me to get to my embossing supplies. Now all I have to do is pull out the canvas tote and grab whatever I need. No more digging around and moving things around to try and find what I need.
I hope you all enjoyed my story! This has been so much fun and so very exciting!

Wow! What a love story! haha. I'm sure it's one of those never ending loves stories as well!
OH DH is standing over my shoulder and I showed it to him. I said I would love to have one. And he said, I bet it's really cheap. Yes, I said. Less than a car! haha. He laughed.
Well, laugh and play all the day long with your newly organized setup. And to the little daughter princess..KEEP YOUR ROOM CLEAN! haha Enjoy!

Wow that cabinet is great Patty. I would love to have one, but I guarantee all my stamps would not fit, it would be nice to have all the supplies organized though. I sew alot too and I had a sewing/ craft room at one time and then my daughter and Grandaughters came to stay, Now my sewing room is my 3 Grandaughters bedroom and has been for 3 1/2 years. I wont give up my sewing stamping or Grandaughters so we just have a crowded house, Enjoy your area.

Lucky Girl!
I'll admit I didn't see the thread until now or read the story until I stumbled on it today when looking for organization ideas ;) BUT, I will say, I enjoyed your story and am so happy for you for winning that! Every Princess needs her own bedroom and every crafting Queen a spot for their "stuff" and it looks like they picked the perfect winner because nearly ALL of your stuff went in there with very little "overflow". Congrats. I'm so jealous!
