wooo hoooo!!!!! I love that I know that I'm 15,515!!! How cool is that???? I chose 2005 but I'm sure I lurked around a long time before that! What a fun ride at an awesome place. It still is my "social networking" haven, and I love it! It's made such a difference in my craft! I feel more like a stamp artist thanks to the inspiration from here.
Such good times! Met some of my bestest friends in the world back then, right here, and have remained so.
Julie is my idol. She had me at 'shut up' do you still have that smiley?
I am 1657, but I really think I had another user name in the beginning but forgot the info, reregistered, then the old one got deleted...who knows...
I joined in July, 2008 and love it! I stay very active in my gallery and have met some wonderful, fun friends. I am number 183733.

I joined in May 2004--started stamping Nov 2003 and found TwoPeas. . .found SCS when I signed my demo agreement and that's where I stopped buying clothes and started buying ink, paper, stamps, and cardstock :-)
I didn't realize my member number is so low: I'm 4988!

I joined in Jan of 2007.
I was lurking for a few months while recovering from being hit by a car as a pedestrian. I couldn't anything else so I sat in my wheelchair and perused all the wonderful creations here. Finally I got the nerve to join and start commenting.
I've rec'd so much inspiration here and "met" some wonderful people.
I joined March 2005, A friend told me about SCS. She told me it was a Super site. Since I've been here I've met some wonderful people and learned from new techs.
I started a gallery right away. and I'm glad I found this site.
I'm posting so I can find out...it's probably 2004. ;-)
Ok---so my guess was a little off. I was thinking end of 04, but I guess it was the beginning (March) of 05.
How do I find my member #? I've tried my mouse over my name and don't see it...

This is fun! I joined Sept 2007; just passed my two yr anniversary here. I know I visited this site for at least a couple of yrs before I joined. Don't really remember why I took so long. I do seem to remember being able to take naps while pics loaded, lol. That prob had something to do w/ it. I love it here!!
I joined in Aug 2003, #817. But then i was a bad stamper and didn't bookmark the site ..... took me almost a year before I found SCS again and even then i was the first to post a card in Papa's Pocket gallery!! Go ahead, hit me with rubber stamps, I deserve it! (Now SCS is my homepage!!)
I think I might not have kept up with stamping at all had I not found SCS. :shock: I probably would have moved on to another craft like underwater basketweaving or something. :mrgreen:
Oh, and I'm member # 95,116 I think.
It's a lot trickier than you may think. It's all in the wrist. ;)
I joined in May 2007, member #124,337. I became a Fan Club member not too long afterward, mainly because I wanted instant approval of my uploads. I've learned A LOT since then.
And as you can see from the number of posts, I'm a blabbermouf. :rolleyes: LOL!

July of 2004 #7407. I just think of all the money I would have if not for SCS. This site MAKES me buy stamps... they call to to me.... I hear the voices telling me to buy buy buy!!!

I first found the site in April 2004, but didn't find the forum and start posting till June 2004. My member number is 6436, and I was amazed to watch how quickly membership just exploded during the latter part of that year and through 2005!

I just got in under the wire of '04 (Dec. '04 to be exact!) What a terrific month THAT was - learning about such a fantastic, inspirational place such as SCS!
I joined in Feb 2005 and am member #29577. I love this place! It is so addicting! I have met many stampers on this site and found much inspiration. It is a great resource for anything to do with stamping. If you have a question you can find the answer here. So glad that I found it. My SU demo at the time told me about it.
