WT233 - Very Vintage (08/27/09)

Vintage is a huge style right now and I thought it would be fun to play around with incoporating some vintage elements into projects. Old letters, postcards, ticket stubs, vintage photos etc. are called ephemera...something transitory or lasting a day. We all know these great items last longer than that but you get the idea. How about old lace, buttons, game pieces, fabric, even jewelry etc. They are all fun to incorporate. Have fun with this challenge and see what you can find! Now if you've REALLY tried and can't find anything actually vintage, try incorporating some of the new vintage product you find in the crafting market these days. Vintage is fun!

So I didn't try reeeeaaaallly hard to find any vintage ephemera near my stamp space, but I did use the sun-ripened II set which I think has an old botanical print feel to it. Hope that works! Here's my card:
