***New & Open*** Just Say BOO!!! Halloween swap, 5+1 due 10/01/09

Name of Swap: Just Say BOO!!! Halloween swap

This is my first time hosting a swap and I am so excited. Please come join the fun and Just Say BOO!!!

Description: Full Size Card - 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 It could be a regular full size card, Fancy folds, pop ups any style card are always welcome. Funny shapes you decide. If you make a long card or different size please include envies. Any Halloween type of card your lil’ heart desires. Please use atleast 2 layers of quality cardstock and atleast one embellishment. Please create something that you would be proud to get back and/or mail out.

Quantity: 5+1 (you’ll get 5 different cards back and the +1 is for the hostess)

Vendor products: NVR

Recipe, not required: Include Swapper's Real Name, SCS Name, Swap Name, email address, products and techniques used.

Deadlines:
Due IN Hand: 10/01/09
Return Date: 10/8/09

Mailing instructions: (modify instructions as needed)
Packaging:
Place swap items in a large baggie for waterproof purposes. Write your real name, SCS name and swap name on a piece of paper and include in the baggie for identification purposes.

Swap Return:
First Class: Place baggie inside a self-addressed stamped envelope for return mail purposes. The amount of postage on your SASE should be the same amount that it takes to mail to the swap hostess. To insure that enough postage will cover the returned swap items, include additional postage which will be returned if not used.
Priority: Inside your baggie, include a self-addressed priority label and one priority stamp. Swap hostess will provide priority envelope.
Place your baggie and/or SASE envelope inside your mailing envelope and address it to:

I will see how I do as a hostess that has a lot of swap I also join a great deal of swap because I have so many people in my swap that Open swap which is great. I like to see new hostess. Hannah is in Kindergarten. She waived and smiled at me as she waiting in line and then sat at her desk. I cried twice...lol And I am still watching the clock. I pick her up at 1:40 today. Our high school building is so old it doesn't have air conditioning, so we are on a summer scheduling until Labor Day and they get out of school early.

How did Gracie do this morning?

Awww, I totally feel your pain! Is Hannah your oldest? I cried all the way home today, and this was Gracie's second year! I am a major baby though!

She did really well, she was so excited about it she was up before 6 am!! I liked it last year we (the parents) got to stay for about an hour on the first day. This year its all business - they are all grown up now - first grade! Drop em & go!! *sigh* I have been watching the clock too. . . 3:00. . . come on!

I'll upload Hannahs 1st day pic when I get home. They are all business for these kindergarteners... I just don't think she's big enough to take on the whole school by herself. Hannah got up and packed her lunch in her lunchbox by herself and was ready to go. I have 1 hour and 20 minutes and am going to get her and then take her to my mother-in-laws so I can come back to work.
