CHA is from January 24th-27th! I can't wait....I think it will be around $400 for a round trip....both directions will be stop overs though I think....hoping to fly into Palm Springs to visit a friend for a bit then head up the Anaheim for the show...then I guess fly out at John Wayne's, but we shall see...if I were to fly from LAX it would be a direct flight...so I may try to get that to work out...hmmmm
To be honest, Cheryl--I can't wait!!!!!!! I will miss one of Liz's swim meets--and possibly her senior dinner dance, but I still sooo want to go. You ladies were just too much fun

The HOs are THE BEST, aren't they!!??!! Love to everyone - it's nasty and rainy here. Just finished swapping out my Hanna swap, so I will be getting those out to some of you today:mrgreen:
Cori~ Did you find out what hotel is recommended? I saw one nearby online, but wanted to know if there is one in particular that is recommended or offers discouted rates for CHA...
i'm home early due to all this rain. Poor Polo is having a cow with the thunder :(
ok, for CHA, is the 24th thru 27 for EVERYONE, or is one day for vendors only? I want to make sure I get there early to spend time with you all though. What day are you guys thinking of flying in and out?? We're all bunking up to save on money, right, right, right??

Thanks, Joy, for the PM information! I'm definitely in for CHA Poor little Leon (our 20 year-old cat) used to be just like Polo with the thunder. Now, however, he is deaf--and cannot hear it. At least there is some benefit to getting old.

The 24th-27th I believe is ONLY for vendors....which is where I am not sure whats going on....the 'customer' part was added this summer after the vendor show...so not sure if they will do the winter show the same way. As of now Paper Pretties will be attending, although its not finalized or all worked out, so I think I could get into both sides....but again not positive on everything. I think bunking up is the way to go, not sure who, where, what days, ect...If I go I am flying in early I believe to Palm Springs, see some architecture, then head to CHA...but again those are just my current thoughts on the whole thing...lol

I think this is is all for vendor. Don't think we get to shop either. Just get to ohhh and ahhh and play with some make and takes etc. Waiting for Kristi to catch her breath before getting final details on dates, location etc.
Bunking to save $$ is always a good idea - but be warned Ma Ma and my room will be an icebox since Ma Ma is a Hot Diva and needs a cold room to keep her ice cold heart frozen
I guess I better tell scotty WE are taking our winter vacation in Anaheim HUH? That's if I can afford it after paying for SEASON BADGER FOOTBALL TICKETS!

I hope y'all get a Craft Supershow like we just had in Orlando this past weekend.
There were a lot of people, a boatload of vendors, and so many make& takes that there was no way to do all of them. Not even in the two days of the show. I was only there on Saturday; I made three cards, one watercolored image, and a Christmas ornament. I didn't do any of the SCS make & takes because the lines were long all day & I didn't want to wait.
All in all, it was a great time and I hope they repeat it next year!
