**Viva la Verve! July week 3 (7/10/09)**
Anyone interested in another twisted sketch? I hope so cause I have one ready for you!
For VLV Newbies, here are the deets! Every Friday I'll post a new sketch with a {twist}. The {Twist} is an extra requirement for your sketch card! Could be an inspiration challenge, a color challenge, a limited supplies challenge, who knows! There is no solid deadline for each sketch, but they DO need to be uploaded to the VLV Gallery by the last week of the month! For July, there will be five sketches and all five sketches must be uploaded by MIDNIGHT CST on 30 July! I'll announce the winner on 31 July! The winner of the month of sketches will win the next full Verve stamp release! Ready to play? Verve stamps are NOT required so everyone join in and have fun!
The {Twist} this month is to find fun ways to incorporate scored lines in your card! There are lots of fun ways to do this! I used my scor-pal but you can you your paper trimmer and an embossing stylus to do just the same thing!
Keywords are Verve (if you're using verve stamps) and VLVJul03.
My Sample
VLVJul03 Gallery
Have fun and if you have any questions, ask away!

What a great twist! Not sure if you can see the score lines since I used the indent side, but I'll give it a go using the other side next. Thanks for the great sketch, Amber!
Ginger Thanks

Great sketch. I scored lines in my green cardstock, and also across the top and bottom of the background cardstock, but you cannot see them on the dark paper.

This was my second try, using the score lines that were bumped out this time.
Same basic colors with a couple changes.
Second Ginger Thanks

Finally finished Week 3's sketch - for some reason I had a lot of trouble coming up with an idea for this one. I kept the embellishments to a minimum for this card since it's going in the mail.

Yet another great sketch! Don't know how easy it is to see, the scored panel is the kraft one. It has 3 score lines at the top.
