HAPPY 4th YA'LL!!!
Today's sketch is a a single 12x12 with THREE photos, and since tomorrow is the 4th, I decided to incorporate some stars. Happy Scrapping girls!
Remember, sketches are meant to be a starting point. Feel free to flip, resize, alter, or do whatever you need to make it work for you!!! Minor tweaks are expected, but if you feel a major overhaul is needed, you might browse through some of the older sketches for inspiration. If you play along, please share your hard work with us and upload to your gallery! Make sure you add SBSC196 to your keywords (additional keywords are OK, just separate them with commas), and PLEASE post a link here in this thread; we would NOT want to miss it! Also, if you aren't a FAN CLUB member, please observe the NO UPLOAD on SUNDAY rule!
You can find all submissions for this challenge here: SBSC196 Gallery

Oh, and if you really "must," feel free to substitute the stars for flowers or other shapes/objects.

Oh, right on cue! I was trying to access the forum and couldn't understand why it wasn't working... Oooh, I love the big background star! So many possibilities... Off to think about this one!
Thanks for the sketch, Sally! Happy Fourth of July to you!

What a GREAT sketch! Perhaps I'll get a few good pics tomorrow...or maybe the stash of old pics has some potential candidates for a patriotic spread. Thanks for the inspiration.

OK - I was a little weary about my star cut-out, but I really like how this page turned out. I scavenged to find 3 old pics of my boys in patriotic "fashion" and bunched them together for an "All-American" salute. Thanks for the inspiration!!

Alright, the Crystal Effects is dry and I finally have a picture of my finished layout! I didn't go down the patriotic road and went for something a little more whimsical instead:
Seuss Landing
TFL!

Just use a pencil on the back of the paper you want to cut, and cut it. If you'd feel better with a template print one off from Word or find one on the web!
