Thanks for the fun challenge! I've never done this technique before, not sure how successful my first attempt was, but I like it. I will definitely try this again.

Lynn: I can't believe how much fun and how easy this was to do. I really love the look. I tore my edges before inking to really make them look like flames had gotten to them. This was so much easier than doing the real thing and so much safer. My DH thanks you. lol

I've used this technique on a scrapbook page a few years ago, except I didn't add the black on the very edge. It was perfect for the pirate page I did for my son. Here's a card I made today for my best friend who will be here in a couple of weeks!
