What kind of party favors are you making for the 4th of July. I am having a small party and was just wondering what you ladies were making.

I'm planning on using my SU Pennant die for the BS and creat a fun Red-White-Blue banner of some sort- will probably say "Welcome", "Celebrate", or "Happy Fourth" haven't quite decided which. You could also make some fun little treat boxes using some Star stamps, or a star wheel and one of several of the BS boxes or bags.

I made little 'firecracker' looking party favors for my church craft group. The directions were on Andrea Walford's site. I use vintage red, white & blue c/s and tied the ends with red, blue & gold curly ribbon. I had a 'Happy July 4th' stamp that I used for the tags.

I'm planning on packaging up some long pretzel rods to look like sparklers. Dip one end in white chocolate and then red, white, and blue sprinkles. I think Michaels has the clear bags to put them in. Then I'll add a decorated star tag.

I did a pencil holder using some scrapbook paper (had fire works on it) mounted on Real Red cardstock. I found Red, White , Blue pencils in Targets $ section and tied blue striped ribbon with red stars ($1 mini ribbon- AC Moore) Used the candles fron the SU Tags & More Stamps as my firecrackers and stamped Happy 4th of July. I got the pencil holder idea from here at SC. It's a tall pocket holder of pencils. I did this for a 4th of July ABC swap (here at Split Coast). S(Sorry I don't know whos's I CASEd) Any questions email me here and I give more info.

These were designed for a summer party, but, could certainly be adapted to a red, white & blue theme!
