MFT Idol Final Two: Time to VOTE!: My Favorite Things

Hi MFT Idol Fans!

As you know, this is the LAST week of the MFT Idol contest!

Our final 2 contestants are:

20something
Mrs. Mac

There was no set theme this week! It was "freestyle" and each contestant set their own theme and created around that theme.

The winner (contestant who receives the most votes) will receive $250 to spend in the MFT store!

The announcement will be made shortly after the voting deadline on May 27th at 10:00 PM Eastern. Join us for the big reveal!

Ready to see the entries for this week? Keep in mind that each contestant uploaded NUMEROUS photos, so please take a good look at all the photos before casting your vote.

Ready to vote? Here are the voting instructions:

*All votes will be private messaged (PM'd) to the user name MFT Votes starting on May 26th at 10 PM Eastern and ending on May 27th at 10:00 PM Eastern. Any votes received BEFORE OR AFTER that, will NOT count. PLEASE do not vote until that time!
*All votes will be manually tabulated and the winner will be announced shortly after the close of voting. Gather here in the this thread for the big announcement!
*All votes will be stored for a minimum of one week.

Your vote will count IF:
*There is only one vote per SCS User Name. If there is more than 1 vote, only the first vote will count.
*The SCS User Name casting the vote was created BEFORE March 15th, 2009.

There's a lot up for grabs, and we want to make sure that the voting process is fair for everyone. Since the original intent was that the IDOL be selected by our MFT/SCS Family, we are implementing safeguards to make sure the IDOL is selected by fellow stampers!

If you have questions, post them here, and we will answer them as quickly as possible!

*See the little envelope in the upper right hand of your screen next to your orange screen name?
*Click on it!
*over to the left, you will see a list titled "Control Panel", scroll down until you see "send new message"
*click on that
*type in MFT Votes in the recipient user name box
*type in a subject (my vote, vote, etc)
*in the message area of the PM, write your Idol choice.

This week, since we are down to only TWO contestants, you may vote for ONLY ONE person! Your vote will either be for 20something or Mrs. Mac. PLEASE DO NOT VOTE UNTIL May 26th at 10:00 PM EASTERN through May 27th at 10 PM EASTERN. The voting rules can be found above.

Both ladies have done phenomenal work. If it were up to me (I think Kim is glad it's not!), I would award them both the prize.

Just wanted to say HUGE HUGE HUGE CONGRATS to the Top 2 and to all the Idol contestants - judges, top 10 - you have all ABSOLUTELY ROCKED this contest!! Each and every week the galleries were just full of AMAZING entries and SO much inspiration - you should ALL be very proud!!! K - I'm off to vote...

I completely agree. I have had so much fun playing with everyone -- contestants and judges alike. In my mind, there should have been a top 30! It has been a great couple of months! Love you ladies!

I have the utmost respect for the contestants. Both have done an amazing job.

I must say tho -the unremittent attacks on character and slander against the contestants by some certain members is making me wish this contest was never offered.

I think everyone who has participated is a winner in my book.

I'm not sure where you are getting this from but I have been involved with this contest from the start.... I have NEVER seen anything "slanderous" by a contestant OR Judge for that matter.... I remember you popping on last week and was glad to see a new face, however, PLEASE do NOT ruin this contest and the joy that one of these two women will experience... You are cheapening it with your blah blah blah and I think that is TRULY MEAN!!!!!

Hi everyone!

We have gone through 11 weeks of competition! In that time, the playing field was cut from 10 to only 2 contestants!

In the finals we have:

20something & Mrs. Mac

They have each created BEAUTIFUL projects week after week and MFT would be proud for EITHER of them to be crowned the MFT Stamping Idol!

Of course, we can only have ONE winner of the competition. That person was chosen by YOU, our MFT/SCS family!
