Talking SBSC191 5.22.09
TGIF and HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!!! This single page layout is sweet and simple, hope you like it!


Remember, sketches are meant to be a starting point. Feel free to flip, resize, alter, or do whatever you need to make it work for you!!! Minor tweaks are expected, but if you feel a major overhaul is needed, you might browse through some of the older sketches for inspiration. There is no time limit for these challenges, so use them at your leisure!

If you play along, please share your hard work with us and upload to your gallery! Make sure you add SBSC191 to your keywords (additional keywords are OK, just separate them with commas), and PLEASE post a link here in this thread; we would NOT want to miss it! Also, if you aren't a FAN CLUB member, please observe the NO UPLOAD on SUNDAY rule!

Hey Sally: Just saw your newest sketch challenge. I'm already 2 weeks behind and I love all the sketches. You know when I can I will be right there uploading!!! Thanks for this wonderful sketch. I will really enjoy doing this one!! Have a great long weekend!

Thanks for the sketch, Sally - it helped me put a page together in no time! I had to turn the sketch around to accomodate my picture, but I know you'll forgive me!

So glad you found these challenges! It is very encouraging for me to play in these challenges. Hope you can play more too.
On a sad note, I have to redo this sketch page! I handed this "Daytona Beach' page to my dd and guess what - those pics weren't taken there! So, I hope she has some more pics I can use because I don't want to waste this paper and stamping. This is why I should stick to just scrapping my own photos. Oh well, I'll fix it!

Oh bummer! I have a page with a similar incident. I added a newspaper article to a page I did and it turns out to be the wrong one...there are promises of getting me the correct article, but I'm not dissecting my page until then!
