ROUND *2* <<<Rhyme Time>>> ROUND *2* DUE JULY 1st
The first "rhyme time" swap was so much fun---how about another?
So let's work together to make this rhyme come to life by creating ATC's to illustrate each line of the rhyme. Once all of the cards are swapped out, you will have complete illustrations for this rhyme.
This little piggy went to market
This little piggy stayed home
This little piggy had roast beef
This little piggy had none
And this little piggy went wee, wee, wee, wee, all the way home
DETAILS:
** The line you sign up for must be included in the card somewhere and please no handwriting.
** Be sure to use at least 2 layers of cardstock. (I have found that cereal boxes make a nice sturdy backing.) Please use at least one embellishment.
** Quantity: 5+1. You WILL receive one of your own cards back.
** Due to me: July 1, 2009 FIRM. All late swappers will be returned, no exceptions.
Please sign and number the back of your cards. This is part of the fun of collecting ATC's.
Description: ATC 2 1/2 x 3 1/2
Vendor products: NVR. (No vendor requirements) Quality products please.
Sign-up date: Until Full
Packaging: Place swap items in a baggie for waterproof purposes.
Write your real name, SCS name and swap name on a piece of paper and include in the baggie for identification purposes.
Swap Return: Place baggie inside a self-addressed stamped envelope for return mail purposes. The amount of postage on your SASE should be the same amount that it takes to mail to the swap hostess. To insure that enough postage will cover the returned swap items, include additional postage which will be returned if not used. Place your baggie and SASE envelope inside your mailing envelope. It is suggested that you use a bubble envie so that your ATC's survive the mailing process.
PM me when you are ready to mail your ATC's and I will send you my address.

Oh, Christy, I love piggies!
Put me down for "This little piggy went to market" in group 1,
"This little piggy stayed home" in group 2,
"wee wee wee" in group 3.
I have no idea how I will do them but this is just too much fun!

Hey Christy,
I finished all the "went to markets" today, and am starting on "stayed home". Hope you get some more swappers, this just couldn't be more fun.

OK - I'm freshly home from the Capitol! Ready to dust off the stamps! This sounds fun! I'll take This Little Piggy Stayed Home in Group #1 and This Little Piggy Went Wee Wee Wee Wee All the Way Home in Group #1. Does that work?

Oh, YAY! We are going to have such a fun swap. I have put two of my piggies on the ATC gallery and will be finishing my third set tonight. I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with for them.
Oink!

Lesa---
That is fine with me, you can have whatever spots you want, however you will receive 2 sets of the same cards because of being in group one. Do you know what I mean? I am not very good at describing this through written word.
I can sign you up for a line in group 1 and then another line that is open in group 2 and then you would receive 2 sets of different cards. Would you rather do that? Let me know what you prefer.
Thanks so much for joining the swap----we have some great artists in the group!

Christy I would like to try these. I will take roast beef and had none. I don't care which groups. Now does that mean I make 6 roast beef and had none?

Karen---so, so happy that you joined. You are all signed up! Yup--make 6 cards and mail them all---you WILL get one of your own back. Mailing back a complete rhyme will be easier then keeping straight who did what line.
So...........make 6, mail 6 and you will get a complete rhyme in return. Have fun. Again glad to have you join us.

That bird is just beautiful. I have a bunch of those paint sample cards and that would be a good way to use them. I have been punching flowers in different shades from them. Never thought to leave the name of the color on them. Good job! Good idea too.
Thanks for sharing that with us.
