You've come a long way baby!!
**ALERT** THIS IS A CHALLENGE- CAN YOU HANDLE IT??
I challenge you to go find your FIRST UPLOAD to your gallery and, after you stop laughing or cringing or blushing, redo it! Bring it to your current standards, modernize it, show it what you've got! You know you've changed, your style has evolved, your tools and embellishments have increased, you have IMPROVED!
I challenge you to redo that card with the following simple rules:
- Go find the first card you ever made, first card you ever posted in an on-line gallery or at least the oldest thing you can find.
- Remake it- do something to bring it up to your current standards... You may change the stamps, colors, layout... whatever you want, but we want to see the resemblance to that orignal.
- Tell us how you've updated your look!
- Then post it in your gallery, use the keyword Redo101, and be sure to link your original in the comments so we can quickly find it and admire how far you've come!
You will thoroughly enjoy seeing how far you've come in your stampin' endeavors- I promise! And it will be fun to see everyone else's too!
On your mark, get set, GO!!
PS- If you need an example to motivate you (or to laugh at first so you can see the humor in this) you can see mine here.

What a great idea! I can't wait to see the 'new' cards. I kind of liked my very first upload, but I'm going to see what I can do to make it better. When I first started stamping there were a lot of techniques that I didn't know how to do.

What a great challenge, Kristin! Ordinarily, I don't redo things (always looking forward!), but this was super fun and I love the made-over version so much more than the original!
I'm loving white and bling these days, and the make-over shows it!

I kind of just did this the other day . It wasn't my first card, but it was still one of my really early ones. I was actually embarrassed to upload the original because my coloring looked so bad, lol. Anyway, I liked the idea of the card, just not the actual card, so I made a lot of changes. HERE is the old and new version on my blog. The new one is in my gallery HERE too, but I never uploaded the old one here.

I just stopped in to bump the thread This challenge is such a great idea!
I'm tempted to try it again with the second card that I uploaded into my gallery. I really liked that card, but I think I could have tweaked it better.

I took Kristin's challenge and redid my first upload. I really liked the first card I uploaded, but the colors were a little dark. So, I made it a little brighter and add a couple of things I didn't have back then. Very fun challenge, Kristin. Thank you for *making* me redo my first upload.

and here's one of just the elements of the card:

Thanks for looking.

Thanks so much for your compliments. I had a hard time redoing this card. I guess because there are so many colors in my main image, I just wasn't sure how to dress up the card and where to start with it.
Be sure to post back here once you've finished your do over card. We'd love to see it!
And a special thanks to Kristin, this is an awesome challenge! I have to make it a point to check out everyone elses do over cards. It's been hectic here at my house lately and I haven't had too much time to spend here lately.
