How to you adhere them to the card. Is there anyway short of using brads, etc. to cover up the adhesive?

You can use crystal effects or put a strip of paper that cover's the front and back about an 1' and fold it in half and slip the window sheet in between the card and strip. Hope that makes sense.

In both of these cases, I have hidden mini glue dots behind the window sheet to attach it to my card.
