Default Tea Bag holder

I was just hunting the gallery to get ideas for Administrative Professionals Day. I work in several schools & give to all of the secretaries, receptionists, data managers, etc. I really liked the tea bag holders/cards, but couldn't find any instructions. Can any one help? I'm on Spring Break next week and would love to get them done. TIA!!

Yikes, things are wonky. Pay no attention to the 2nd set of "Here are a couple of tutorials". They're the same as the first set. I edited the challenge and it came back with the extra tutorials.

I am thinking you could put all kinds of fun things in a card like this - not just tea bags.
