Cruise Ship?
I am taking a group of friends on a cruise ship. I want to give them a card everyday at their cabin. Does anyone have any ideas, first off, where I can find a cruise ship stamp or design? Maybe a pop up cruise ship design for a card or anything? I would like it to be unique, but not too complicated if you know what I mean? I will have to make 15 of them but I still have time. Any help would be greatly appreciated. you can email me direct at keepsake@cox.net
Thanks for all your help and ideas

Emily from Stampingbella has a cruise ship stamp. I was on the cruise in October and we all got one along with other stamps. It is quite small though but a nice size to use up scraps and such.
You can check out her section in Splitcoaststampers and maybe you can order one from her.

WOW, if you take all your friends on a cruise . . . I want to be your friend, LOL
If you go to the gallery and type cruise ship in the search box several ideas came up. One person used stickers, one used a computer image, etc.
Hope this helps, enjoy your trip.

Boatloads of love is the cutest SU! stamp set. It's more of a bug boat that cruise ship but it's still cute! Check out the gallery here:

I think as long as you're not pulling something behind the boat on the Boatloads of Love boat, I think it will look fine as a cruise ship.
Oh, and if you need another friend, I'm here!

As someone who makes friends very easily, if you need another friend I'm available. Another vote for Boatloads of Love. How about incorporating life savers in a project or two, that would look cute.

cruise ship stamp
KCE
Stampin Up did have a stamp of a cruise ship but it is retired. It is a nice pic and if you would like I would stamp the image for you as many as you need and mail them to you. I forgot the name of the stamp set but it is a nice picture with a birthday saying with it. If you want the stamped image, email your address to me and I will send them out the next day. Also "Words by Wilson" has a really cute cruise ship. It's one that is obviously a cruise ship. P.S. How do I get on your cruise friend list? LOL
If you would like me to stamp you some images, just PM me.
In re-reading the above post, Embossing101 may be talking about the same set......

What about printing out a background sheet of the words we are sailing.
Rod stewarts song
then add a tag with "~Off we go."

Also, joking aside as in my above post, I know there are some cute Jolee's embellishments you can use. When my good friend went on one, I made her a "have fun" card using the cruise ship Jolee's set. If you have a Michael's store near you, they usually carry a wide selection of them.

How about a card themed for each port? You could even go to the internet and print a photo off to use as the center piece of your card? I would think it would be great to create create a mini album that you could give a page of for every day with a space to add a photo of something fun you did that day and a place to write something about the day...

I have a stamp set made by Fiskars and it's full of all sorts of travel images. It was called International or something like that. A long slim set with a train track frame, an adorable choo choo train, plane, cruise ship, eiffel tour, statue of liberty, dutch canal and windmill, and more as well as beachy stamps like a parasol, cactus, flipflops, sombrero, palm trees...
I hope you can find it- it sounds like what you're looking for!
Good luck,
Heather M
