Drink box holder

Hi! I've seen the cutest drink holders around but I haven't been able to find instructions/tutorials.I'm looking for the drink holders that look like the ones you would get from a drive-thru with space for two drinks (with the carrying handle/slot). I don't want to alter one, I want to make it myself. Thanks for helping
