Default What kind of adhesive to use on plastic?

Can you use Crystal Effects? I was thinking mod podge, but may just use that as a top coat. Has anybody used Crystal Effects on plastic?

I'm making a card organizer. Years ago, my then 2 or 3 year old son bought me a small sterlite container...very proudly bought with his own money! And I want to make it pretty, like some of the lunch tins. What do you recommend?

I've used Zip Dry on acrylic albums - it's great for adhering paper to plastic. So is Sticky Strip!

Thanks Jenn! What would you recommend as a protective top coat?

eeg, I don't know. Let's see what others say about what would work best for adhering AND top coating. I am pretty sure you shouldn't mix adhesives (like mod podge over tape). . .

I went to the scrapbook store and bought the zip dry. I talked to the owner about it, and she recommended I do the zip dry underneath and the mod podge over the top. I was thinking exactly what you said, but I'm going to try it. I'll post my results! Hopefully it will look nice enough to take a picture, too...
