I got my first set of Nesties yesterday. How are you ladies storing them?
I tend to like boxes/containers that I can label. Any suggestions or ideas?
Oh-and I am sure this will not be my last set.
This is one of the most-commonly asked questions/dilemmas asked by new Nestie owners (I know, 'cause I've tried to answer it many times myself . . . it took me a couple of years to decide how to store mine!)!
Here is a link to a thread that has lots of ideas and suggestions:
And in that thread there is a link to the new case that Spellbinders just released at Summer CHA. Wasn't sure I "needed" it 'til I saw it in person. VERY nice!
I'm sure this is mentioned in the thread that Wendy linked...but being that I'm here....
...I store mine in a CD Case and use magnetic SHEETS to stick them to! I tries strips but the Nesties didn't stick as well and the strips had a tendency to peel up!
Yes, check out the thread above and check out stampinKub's storage. I think his looks the best of everything I have seen so far. Currently I use the CD cased and magnetic strip.

HTH and have fun with your new collection/addiction! ;)
OMGosh I love how you are storing your nesties! I am out of drawer space and mounting them on a magnetic panel inside a cabinet door is an awesome idea! Thanks for sharing. I hope I can find some of those.
I store mine and my CB embossing folders in mini crates I got from Staples...I cut chipboard to fit, glued magnatic strips to the chipboard and labeled them...

I took a regular three-ring binder, and purchased some plastic sheets that each have 4 A2 Size Holders (from CropStop.com). In that binder, I store my CB Embossing Folders, Nesties, etc. Inexpensive and easy to look through and see what I have. HTH! :-) LM

Do you happen to have a photo of your binder system?
I store almost all of my craft supplies in clear plastic shoe boxes on book shelves. The nesties are in thin CD cases in one (soon to be two) of the shoe boxes. I discard the plastic piece that holds the CD in place. I line both sides of the inside of the CD case with magnet sheets then put nesties on each side. I label the front of each CD case. I like that it is easy to grab just a couple of the CD cases to take with me to crop elsewhere. Maybe this system would work for you since you like to put things in boxes you can label.
Then I went to the dentist and they were handing out magnetic business cards. I asked if I could have some and they gave me a pile of them. Now whenever I see magnetic business cards, I pick them up, use redliner tape, and cd boxes. It's working wonderfully, though it's not the most attractive thing.
One day, maybe I'll cover the outside of the cd cases with patterned paper scraps.
I adhered rectangles of magnetic paper to both inside surfaces of CD cases to hold the Nesties. The "spine" is labeled with permanent marker, and the CD cases stand up inside a Papertrey egg box.
In a regular WM - not the superstore or large kind - I found them up front where the speciality computer printer paper and the Georgia-Pacific cardstock is. It's in a red folder - the kind you'd find Avery labels in. Hope that helps!
Wow, I went to town and found the magnetic vent covers not at WalMart, but at Fred Meyer (a large grocery and variety chain here in the Pacific Northwest). A pack of 3, each measuring 8x15" for just $2.99! They were in the aisle with materials for weather-proofing your doors and windows.
What I did find at WalMart was a 1" by 10' roll of magnetic tape for a few dollars. I'll keep it for other uses, but the vent covers are such a great idea for Nesties!
I used 3m mounting squares (the heavier duty type that you can use to hang pictures on the wall and such), and stuck them on the inside of my cabinet door, And now I am waiting for my next sets of Nestabilities to arrive! :-D

Shut UP!! I've been buying those same vent covers at Bed, Bath & Beyond for $9.99! We have a Fred Meyer, too! (Actually, it is now Smith's Marketplace, but it is the same store!) Dang! At least now I can steer people to a cheaper solution (I think I had seen someone mention that they got them at Home Depot, too!)!
Years ago I bought on sale at an office supply close out sale or something magnetic sheets the size of business cards and they even have the two way tape on the back so you can adhere your business card to it. Must have been 50 of them in the package - don't ask me why I bought them. (LOL) These are perfect for my nesties that I store in CD's. I don't know what I'm going to do when I run out - I'm spoiled now. The mag vent covers seems like a perfect solution if I can't find these again.
I have several of the Prima flower shelves on my craft room wall (the iron looking ones) and took s hooks and hung them from the shelf with my nesties on them. Works for me. I saw this suggestion on the internet somewhere.
You could probably hang a thin cafe curtain rod or something and hang them from there. Mine are right above my desk and really handy since I use them all the time.

I use the Gina K boxes (3 ring plastic) that are totally sealed, with the sets of sheets you put in them to store my nesties. I have 6 of the pages in each of two of the binders. Each sheet holds 2 sets of nesties (with magnetic tape) on each side. Four sets per page. That is 24 sets per binder. I love this system.
Blessings.

Hee hee , yes, I was pretty surprised at the price! Actually I think that price was a sale price, but still the regular price wasn't more than $6. The brand was SnoKing.

I store mine on magnet sheets (8 to a page if using front and back) from cropstop.com
I use 3-hole photo pages (Century Plastics) designed for 4X6 pictures, cut a magnetic sheet into four 4X6 pieces and put a set of Nestibilities on each. Two will fit into each pocket nicely and when put back to back, they can be arranged in a binder so that all the circles (ovals, squares, rectangles, etc.) can be viewed at the same time. The magnetic piece can be taken out of the sleeve, so when the die is not in use, it can be set in place and not lost. I have many Nesties and seem to aquire more, so this system works to store lots in a small space. I even store my CB embossing folders the same way in the same binder along with my brass stencils and they all live happily together in a binder with 1" rings and a 2" spine. By the way Century Plastics sell all the different sizes of sleeves so that the ones designed for slides work well for the small CB dies and embossing folders. HTH
