Default Holder for several gift Cards

Hoping for some ideas for a holder that you can display *several* gift cards in. My daughter's 13th b-day is next week and I thought it would be fun to get her several $5 or $10 G.C. to her favorite stores, movies, icecream shoppe etc. I was thinking of a papertree with several pouches or some kind of paper wallet with pouches. Has anyone made something like this or seen a template? Thanks!!

I think the original one may be under the resources heading at the top of this page?

In looking at the one I did, you could join as many of them together as needed to make a gift card wallet?

Here is a tutorial I saved for a cute wallet card holder. It was for Father's day, but of course you could easily "fluff it up" for a girl. It has quite a few places for gift cards:
