HTDT? 1.7.09 Digi papers: purchasing and downloading: My Favorite Things

Hi ladies!

This week I am bringing you a "how to" tutorial on purchasing, downloading, finding and PRINTING (in more than one size) digital papers!

What are digital papers you ask? Well, when patterned paper is created, it is done so using a computer. Then the image is sent off to the printer where THEY do all the downloading, finding and printing.

Today, I bring the print shop to you!

Digital papers are easy, quick and best of all, they are ALWAYS accessible through your computer.

I will show you various ways to print, what settings to use and give you some ideas on what to do with the paper.

Now lets get digital!

The part of using MFT's digital paper requires you to purchase the paper pack on the web site. You can click HERE to be directed to the digital papers.

There are plenty to choose from!

Today, you will be seeing a sneak peek of a NEW digital paper pack that will be released on Wednesday at 10:00 pm Eastern. AND it has a coordinating stamp set!

Step 1:

In the MFT webstore, look for the category "digital paper" and click

Step 2:

find the pack you want and click buy now!

Step 3:

(you will be directed to the specific product page) click add to cart

When purchasing digital papers from MFT, they will be available instantly and you will not be charged shipping (as long as there are not actual products in your cart)

Step 4:

After adding the digital paper pack(s) to your cart, click check out

Step 5:

enter in your payment info and click continue

Step 6:

Confirm your order is correct by clicking confirm order

Now, it's time to download your purchased digital paper pack onto your computer.

Step 7: on the page that pops up after you confirm your order, there will be a download button showing. click download

Step 8: When the file download box appears, click save

Step 9: choose to save in "my pictures". If "my pictures" is not showing, select it from the drop down menu next to "save in:"

We're in the home stretch now!

Step 10: your file will begin to download. The time it takes depends on your Internet connection. I have a fast connection and mine took about 2 minutes.

Step 11: when the files are downloaded, this box will pop up. Click close.

Congratulations!

You are now the proud owner of an MFT digital paper pack.
