SCSNYE06 Eastern Influences
Good evening friends! I'm so excited to be your challenge hostess this hour! I thought that it'd be fun to do something along the lines of a theme, so my challenge to you is to do an Eastern/Asian inspired card. Have fun with this and I can't wait to see what you come up with. Thank you so much for participating and have a very blessed and happy New Year. Enjoy!
Remember when uploading your cards to use the keyword SCSNYE06 so that it goes into the right gallery. My 2 sample cards are in the gallery.

I love this challenge! I have an addiction to Artfully Asian and to Asian-inspired patterned papers. Will definitely do this one when I get home!

Love Eastern/Asian cards because one of my favorite color combos is red, white, and black. The perfect choice! Off to play.

A door that I can close that little hands won't get to the heat tool.

I have used
this website before to print chinese symbols to put on my cards. I thought it might help with ideas for someone who like me doesn't have any stamps that are specifically Asian.

I just picked up a stamp that would work for this, but my mojo has gone on semi-permanent vacation. No idea what anything else I attempted today would come out like. The first 3 are pretty bad.

I find that my first few are always bad after taking a break.
