WT176 Negative Thoughts
Today we're going to think some negative thoughts! No....think positively just think about negative shapes and spaces. Negative shapes are created with you take something away. Think of the chipboard left over when you punch out the shape, think reverse masking...you to the shape out and use the outside negative piece as a mask. Stencils and masks use a negative space concept. Punch out a shape, discard and use the negative image leftover. When you start thinking about it...you'll find lots of ideas.
Hope you have fun with this challenge! As always...there is no time limit. Please link only new designs for this challenge. Post a link back here and remember to enter the WT176 keyword when uploading. Can't wait to see your ideas!

This sounds like a good challenge. I have so many punches, I should be able to find some inspiration.

Oh, this sounds like fun. I have a LOT of punches.
Just want to carry out my monochromatic idea for DTGD, but I'll be mulling over this while I'm at it.

Here's mine:

Not too creative. Don't have a lot of things to go negative with. My negative is the scallop punch with the negative heart. I punched a heart out, then used my circle punch to punch the outline of the heart out. Punched a larger black circle and mounted it all together on my scallop.

I have some chipboard with negative images. I have had it for about a year and this will be the perfect chance to use it.

I immediately thought of this old idea when the negative challenge came up. Love tearing out different shapes to use as stencils. This card fits a standard 3 1/2 x 6 1/2 envie: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...0&ppuser=38399

Okay...Julia, you made me get a headache! LOL! Not really...Well, sort of...
Anyway, I wanted to be funny, and Speedy the Cat was really being naughty...he chose the BEACH stamps, AGAIN! LOL! (I do NOT like the BEACH!) So...negative thoughts about the beach...and then a little sugar and I was writin' poetry! LOL!
