Motivate Me Mondays!!! 7/7/08: Flourishes

Hello all! Welcome to Motivate Me Monday here on the Flourishes Forum! The goal here is to come up with a fun idea to get those creative juices flowing! Sometimes I might have a theme. I might post a sketch challenge. OR, I might ask you to include some sort of element in your card creation. Who knows, this motivational challenge might get the wheels spinning in your craft room. Your sample might inspire and motivate someone else and so on and so on! Consider it one giant pay it forward for creativity!

Today’s challenge is to use a Flourishes stamp set in a way that wasn’t intended. Look at a stamp and think out of the box! If you make a sample, please upload it to SCS using the key words MMM1 and FLLC. That way, everyone can see your work- not only in the challenge group but on the Flourishes Member Gallery too! We’d love to see the fun new ways of using Flourishes stamps!

You have one week to play. Next Monday, I’ll draw a name, and you’ll win the card that I used in my sample! Wanna see? Here it is!

Great idea, Julie!!! Motivation is ALWAYS a good thing!!! I'm so anxious to see what everyone does!!!

I know the voting starts at noon today, but can you provide us a link to go and vote? I can't find it anywhere -- but then again, maybe the voting link won't pop until the voting actually begins???

Hi Julie - I love this idea...it really makes you think about what you can do with stamps and I am always amazed at how creative people are!!

Julie this is awesome....I am hoping to get to play along later this evening....to much on my plate with a BIG release of 3 new sets on Wed and leaving for CHA on Thursday....on my, the list are too long to worry about!....this will be so much fun...congrats and count on my vote as well.

I wish I had some Flourishes stamps as I'd love to play in this fun challenge. Have to be extra-special nice to the DH ... maybe he'll look the other way long enough for me to buy some, LOLOL!
