Can anyone help me? I have uploaded the 4 same photos in the last 2 days and they keep disappearing out of my gallery. Is there a problem. Who do I contact. I sent a message to the webmaster but have not heard back.
It is very confusing  since I have lots of photos already in my gallery. And yes, I am getting approval for the photos.
Try changing the file name. Each file name needs to be unique. It is possible that the file name is the same as something already out there. I tend to put my name on the end of my files when I upload a file. I'm pretty sure that file name problems are why it would disappear, especially if you are getting them approved.

Yes, the file names on your cards are all Card_Pix_048, Card_Pix 049, etc. Start renaming them with unique names, and they'll stop disappearing.
SCS does a periodic sweep to erase files with the same names, because it thinks they are duplicates. If you move the cursor over the photo of Riley the Moose (Wed May 21), the text box that pops up says Card_Pix_048, which is the same file name that you have for your most recent photo (Peanut Butter Recipe Swap).
Hope this helps!

I had this problem a while back and just wanted to add(Because I am so clueless I did not know this) It is the name you give it when you save it. Just right click on the image and pick rename. Not that anyone is as clueless as me but thought it may help. :-D GREAT gallery by the way!!!!!
I was also having the same problems last week and emailed but didn't get a reply. I uploaded the photos again today and so far, so good. Hopefully they will stay. The photos are getting approved, they are showing up for one day and then the next day they are gone. I will check today's batch tomorrow to see if they stayed on there this week.
Lynn, you have the same problem - your "Blooming with love in colors card" is named "003_by_Lynn_Larson.jpeg", which is ALSO the same name of "Tart and Tangy Popsicle cards" (red and brown popsicles).
If you move your cursor over the photo of your cards and read the text box that pops up, you'll see your photo's filename.
The very next time that SCS does a sweep, one of those will disappear. If you rename your files with unique names, instead of letting your computer assign (numerical) names to them, your photos will stop disappearing.
I had the same problem last year with a name frame I had done.. I had changed the name ~ but it still disappeared.. Kurtis tried helping me.. I uploaded that thing several times. Pam

Here's a new wrinkle. I've actually posted this somewhere before. I just clicked on gallery and typed in my user name in the search and it brought up my entire gallery which is 30 something cards. Then I closed out, went to gallery, clicked on member gallery, clicked on S and then typed in my user name and it brought up 17 cards. What happened? Does anyone else have that problem? Just tried it again and noticed something else. When I clicked on the S and typed in my user name, it says that I have 34 cards in my gallery until I click on the picture of the card which goes to 17 cards. Now if I click on the user name, then it brings up my entire 34 card gallery. I tried it in another users gallery and this does not happen to them.

Reason: More information

I've searched for your gallery four ways, including the ones you listed. They all return 34 photos. Clicking on the thumbnail in the member gallery listing also loads all 34 of your photos, so I can't re-create your problem.
My guess is that your 17 result is related to your browser's cache. Try clearing your cache and see whether that changes things.
Oh, oh here comes a computer challenged question. How do I clear my cache? I'm not even sure I know what that is. Time to learn! By the way, thanks for check my gallery and helping me to know that it's probably on my end.

Replies #4 and #6 in this thread have directions for clearing your cache in IE or Firefox: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
I went to my computer person and she walked me through clearing my cache and I went back and did the gallery/member gallery/S/clicked on the picture and still come up with 17 instead of 34. At least I know what a cache is and how to clear it in Firefox!

Sorry it didn't work. You can try posting your issue in the Site Suggestions & Questions forum and one of the gurus there might be able to help you out. Good luck.

After you clear your cache be sure to also close your browser and then reopen. This may help.
I would like to see others Galleries and I don't know how to do it. I don't know how to even get to mine unless I go to a reply that I have sent. Can anyone out there help me? Sorry to be such a problem.

To display your own gallery, click on the "gallery" link in the top line of any forum page, then click the "My Gallery" link on the left side.
You also asked how to see other galleries. There are so many of them, it can be overwhelming. My favorite way to find galleries is to look in the General forum for the "Favorites" thread every week. That thread will always have some awesome cards. When I find cards I especially like, I'll click into those specific galleries to see more.
When you display a single card and you want to see that person's full gallery, click on the user name in the line above the photo, where it says:
Home Member Galleries User-Name

If it is a certain poster's gallery you want to see, and you have that person's post in front of you, you can also click on their username. A menu will drop down, and one of the options will be "visit so-and-so's gallery".
If you want to open a new window to see the gallery, instead of clicking directly on it, you can press and hold the <shift> key and then click on the mouse. That way, you can keep the thread open AND see the person's gallery.
I had the same problem. I posted three pics on May 19 and on May 20th never saw them, even though my gallery says the pics were viewed a few hundred times. Now I know why I don't see my pics in the Stampin Spaces gallery.
