Would anyone mind sharing how you store you nesties? I don't have many yet, so I still have them in their packaging but they keep falling all over the place driving me batty!

Spellbinders has a very beautiful case coming out in late summer. You will all be very pleased..... and it is Magnetic.... to hold the dies in place and its very very pretty! :-D
You can store the dies on plain magnetic sheets. They work nicely....that is how I developed the new die case for Spellbinders dies.... I beat it to death for the past 2 1/2 years to be sure they would work great for all........at home .... or traveling around the world... I have my prototype case with me almost constantly.....the magnetic sheets I put in works beautifully.
my hubby made me a four-sided tower that has a magnet strip on each side. The magnet is a heavy duty one, it would knives up in the kitchen. Anyway he also put it on a lazy suzan base. I can't remember where we seen the idea but it's working out great.

I place a strip of Scotch Poster Tape on the inside of each side of a CD case (jewel); each case holds a set (scalloped and plain) on each side; the heavy cardstock packaging used for the Nesties is folded and placed between the two sets of Nesties to prevent a set on one side from contact with the set on the other side; the name of the set (i.e., ovals) is written on a tag that is taped across the end of the case.
I want to store mine on the wall above my die cut machine, unfortunately I was given THIS idea AFTER I came home from my trip to IKEA...the magnetic knife holders that they carry for $5.99. They come in two lengths, I believe, and they are about 2-3 inches wide. I figure 2-3 of them will hold the amount of Nesties that I intend to buy!
I use a Magnetic Folder from Quickutz http://quickutz.com/qk2/viewItem.aspx?iC=CC-MAGBOOK-BLK
I have the full set of scallops and circles (4 individual packages) and they fit well in the folder. Scallops on one side and circles on the other. The folder is thin for easy storage and you can label the spine to know what's in there!Using my 40%off coupon at HL brought the price down to around $8.

Ooooooo! Stacey! What a GREAT idea!! You wouldn't need me to "test drive" one of these babies for ya, would you??? I'd be only too happy to oblige!!! My dies are still all in their original packaging in a dvd storage box I got at Ikea! It works, but I have to DIG every time I want to use one!!
There is a photo of how I store mine in my gallery.
I used small photo books I got at Target.
I put in magnet sheets purchased from ACMoore.
I cut them to size. The nesties rest on the outside of the clear page
so you can just pull the one you want.
I have my Nestabilities on binder rings and I store them for super-easy access hanging from my metal shelves above my craft table...I use heavy duty magnets on the metal shelves and simply "stick" the ring to it. Below is a photo:

Nice, neat available and inexpensive..
That's what I like best.
Save money on storage to spend more on stamps and play things!
Your set up is ideal. Thansk so much for sharing!

Stacey, do you care to share the dimensions of the case? It sounds very interesting. I wonder if it would fit on my shelf where I store mine. When is it going to be available?
I too use a CD case system like Beates. I like how I zip it up and All of my sets are in one place.
I have also made up a numbering system for mine. I write in perm marker on the back of each die (1A, 2A, etc. A is the lrg and B is the sm in each shape set ) and then I know which one I used for a card. I came up with it during my last swap when I had 2 different cards to make, each using multiple nesties... I could just write down which one I used so that I could mass produce it easier!!!

I signed for the email and I get the coupon for one item monthly.
Even with shipping they are less than in the local stores or other places online!
Actually, the correct url is http://www.ucutathome.com Thanks for heading us in the right direction. I want to try this company. My only problem with buying online is that I can't use my Michaels or Joannes 40% coupon. Problem solved! Thanks.

I use a zippered CD Travel Case. I cut Magnet sheets to fit the individual pockets and slid them inside. They work like a dream and keep them handy and safe!
I bought a magnetic 8.5x11 piece of "paper". It's the same material as the magnetic strips or rolls in Michaels. I cut it into 4 pieces, and put two in a cd plastic case (not the slim ones...but the original style of cd cases..that are 1/4" thick). Then I put the large shapes on the left, and the small on the right. I like have all my scalloped rect in one case.
I also use one of my 4.25x5.5" pieces in my cuttlebug. It keeps the nestability from moving around any, if I'm having to adjust my layers or whatever. Prior to using the magnetic strip...I would mess up the paper sometimes. Now it's perfect, every cut!
I was up at Staples today. I found these containers that stack and click on the sides to carry all at once. They are clear and you can see through them as well. I only paid $4.99 for the three of them. Comes with a handle on top of the lid. They all stack together. The package it came in also has a website that you can also order there, different storage solutions and lots of different niffty stackables...here is the website... www.snapware.com
I love that you can use these for so many different things... Even you copic markers and so on.

Hi Kathy - R U saying that you use a MAGNETIC strip in your cuttlebug when
using the nesties. Do U have to adjust your sandwich at all and do U use when both cutting and embossing?
I made it back to IKEA yesterday for my magnetic strip thingy's. I mounted them on the wall above my Sizzix (yep, "Old Red") which is in a walk-in closet in my craft room. LOVE having them right there in plain sight, no digging for what I want and I tend to be an "out of sight, out of mind" kind of person. "Why the empty spaces" you ask, well because I soon will be filling those in with the Scallop Circles. And yes, I did buy an extra bar for the future, lol! If you don't have an IKEA, I see that Bo Bunny now makes a magetic strip that is very similar to this for $6.99.
I am nothing if I am not resourceful...my Copics are stored in a commercial style flatware container (love this for easy viewing). Maybe I can open a restaurant if this whole "stamping" thing doesn't work out  !
Originally I had my nesties on display by my Cuttlebug... I took a couple of Michael's picture frames and created a collage behind the glass with some of my favourite patterned papers. I then ran strips of magnet on the glass to hold the nesties. It was pretty, but sometimes when I went to get a nestie I would knock others off and then they'd fall down behind my shelving which was a total pain.
I now have mine in CD cases with the strips of magnet in them. For everything but the squares, I can fit two packages of Nesties (small scallop circles and small plain circles for example) into one CD Case. The squares don't nest as nicely so I have one CD case for each package of square shapes.
I then labelled them with my label maker and have them stored in a basket beside my Cuttlebug.
I go for easy. I got a roll of magnetic tape and put a piece on each of the cardboards that the nesties came on, then put the nesties right back on there. I use a storage container to keep them all in. Same thing with my cuttlebug folders, my markers, pens, pencils, acrylic blocks etc. I use Lock & lock containers I got from QVC- they are super strong and airtight. This works really well for me.
I tried the cd case storage but the long rectangles were too long for that and I wanted them to all be stored the same way so I switched to this.
This is why I purchased one of the "double" CD Wallets. That way I could put the Long Rectangles (buying soon) over two of the spots. I cut pieces of the 12" x 24" magnetic sheet down to about 4.5" x 4.5" and slid them into the CD pocket. Then I put the Nestabilites on the outside of the CD pocket. It holds right through the plastic. Except for the Scalloped Square sets. Because these "nest" on top of each other, they don't come fully in contact with the magnetic sheet. So for those sets only, I put them on the magnetic sheet inside the pocket. I use this for all my Spellbinder dies. It works GREAT!
I keep the case right by my Wizard and it is very quick and easy to grab them off the pockets. I don't even zip the case unless I am taking it out of the house. I did think about hanging them for quick access, but I am really trying to cut down on the things to dust in my studio. Dust here accumulates very quickly in just a day or two!
Hope that was clear enough. Here are some pics below:
I used a tin that a set of stamps came in from HL, and decorated the top with a piece of glitter cardstock from my CS glitterstack (LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!). Inside, I put pieces of chipboard with magnetic tape on each side. Each set takes up one piece of chipboard with the alternately sized nesties on each side. So the 1st, 3rd, and 5th would be on one side, the 2nd, 4th, and 6th on the other. That way they are easier to reach one without messing the ones next to them up (some of the scalloped ones are tricky to nest just so). It is so pretty, I keep it out on my countertop for decoration.
tdodd00 ~ that looks kewl...I'm afraid I would drop one (or more) behind my stamp table the first time I reached to get one.
Trust me, you would not drop them...you wouldn't believe how strong the magnet is on these strips...I practically have to pry them off. Used my Nestie's all weekend...still lovin' my storage choice! Looks like you have been given many options on this thread!
Card Shark ~~ >>Except for the Scalloped Square sets. Because these "nest" on top of each other, they don't come fully in contact with the magnetic sheet

Does anyone here use the Quickutz magnetic storage binders? I got my first set of Nestabilities today, and my Quickutz binders work GREAT! I will be storing them that way.

I have cabinets around three sides of my studio. I store my nestabilites above the counter when I work with my Cuttlebug. When you open the two doors above the work space, I have the circles and ovals on the left door and I have the squares and restangles on the right doors. They are held up with magnetic tape. On the square scallops that have trouble touching the magnetic tape in the middle, I just cut a small strip and put it on top of the other strip. That way the middle ones touch. I have accidently shut a door too hard and they didn't fall off. If I pull one off and another falls off too, it falls on my counter space - not the floor or behind anything. I like this method because it puts them at reach while I'm working and it doesn't show on the outside anywhere. That way when the doors are closed, you don't know they are there. Works great.

Oh my gosh - you are a genius! I am totally going to copy you! Thank you!

You are sooo welcome! Glad I can help out. It has definitely made my life easier, so that I can figure out which ones I used, and where they go back to... I am in the process of making 40 birth announcements for a friend- 2 styles, 5 different nesties between the 2- this has helped HUGE! Because if I have to push them aside to do something else, I know I can find the same ones again without stressing! Also, as I have been using a shape, I cut out an extra, then label it with the assigned number. Now I have templates to use to gauge the size each time I stamp....
