Talking Criss Cross Card Taller Envelope Template

Hello,

Having made 50 criss cross cards according to the tutorial and realizing, hey, they don't fit in a standard A2 envelope, I spent last night reworking a template for the envelope. This would work not just with this card but with cards that are just a week taller (up to 4.7 in) than will comfortably fit in a typical invitation-sized envelope.

I have attached two .pdf files. One is a file for those who wish to print and cut. It has faint gray lines. The other is a file with score lines, to be used as more of a tracing template.

I hope this helps someone else. It might justify that I cut out 30 of them today.

Happy Christmas!

JoLynn

I was pretty sure someone else out there had to be having the same dilemma. Glad to help!

Thank you so much for this! I've got a couple Criss Cross cards waiting for August birthday's and had no clue how to mail them off.

Default KUDOS!

A zillion thanks to you for the envelope template. You're exactly right; all of the templates I've seen, too, are just a tad too small for the 1/4 fold cards. I've spent about three hours of my Sunday trying to create one to my liking ~ several OK's but no cigar! I finally stumbled across this website and found myself at your space. I'm in heaven! Thanks, again! bookdiva
