This is a fabulous design using envelopes - don't know how I missed seeing this! Thanks for the idea and the link. I have a gift card to make for my hairdresser today and this will be the perfect packaging for it! Thanks for the inspiration.
Both of those ideas are amazing!
I was undecided as to how to make up little hot chocolate bags for my Girl Guides and that Bagalope idea is perfect.
I love how this website allows for amazing sharing of ideas. The creativity on SCS never ceases to amaze me.
Really cute, but not sure they would work as well with duffercat's #10 envelopes.
One of the Virtual Stamp Night challenges had a money holder made from envelopes. Can't remember, but I think I used the smaller size. Here is the challenge, with directions... SEP07VSNQ

what about an envelope album? I have to run now but I came up with a great way to make it a hinge style binding for the spine....I'll come back after picking up the kiddos and write it up for you...
take about 8-10 envelopes and fold the flaps backwards. on the glue flap put adhesive then place the flap inside of an envelope. You should now have 2 pages stuck together. Continue doing this until you have the number of pages that you would like.
what I usually do is line the pages with cardstock then decorate like a regular page.
I've seen cute mini books made with envelopes. One was as described by Shell. The other mini book was spiral bound. Each half envelope held a tag. It was way cute.
