Thanks for the challenge Roxie. With Thanksgiving tomorrow, I know that I have been more aware of my blessings than ususal. I know that my splitcoast friends are one of the biggest blessings in my life. I want you all to know that.

I wanted to play yesterday but was too tired and I had to get most of my cooking done for today. Since I went to bed early (rare for me), I was up early this morning and got this done, but had to let the center of the flower dry before I could scan it. I hope everyone is having a wonderful Thanksgiving day! Here is my submission.
Okay, my card I posted yesterday (with lots of comments, I might sadly add) has disappeared!!!! I'm posting it again ~~ hopefully it will stay put this time!
These challenges are helping me to meet the need in writing my mom more letters! And according to my sister, I should consider this a ministry of sorts as my mom loves the cards I send her and she gets a 'mini' letter as well! These challenges are fuel for motivation as well as inspiration, not to mention fun! Limited Supplies is another one of my faves! But I needed more 'input' and this Card Sketch challenge is providing just that!
Anyway, here is my take for the current challenge:
