CAT's 2009 Mini Tear-Off & Coaster Calendar Template
this calendar can be used to make the mini tear-off calendars mounted on 3x5 or 4x6 cardstock and inserted in the magnetic frames. see HERE and HERE for examples. you can also use this template for coaster calendars or other small media.
the template prints two calendars on three sheets of regular paper. be sure to review carefully before cutting, as several months have six weeks instead of five, so you want to make sure you don't cut the months too short.
cutting instructions are included in the template; cut 2" off the right margin, then cut the page in half between the two months displayed (at 3.25") and each month should be centered; then cut vertically (across the page) at 2.5" marks.
the actual calendar is 3.25" wide, by 2.5" tall. i have one in my gallery if you want to see the size in a 4"x6" frame.
find the template for 2010 HERE.

2009? Why a year ahead? I was looking for 2008? I also hoped to find them in the size to use in zip drive cases. Any ideas?

re calendar templates
Thanks Cat so much. I am doing a number of different calendar projects and these are helping me a great deal. I can't thank you enough. I have another request. This may be way to much to ask but is there anyway you could make this same calendar but with the height and width reversed? So it would be 2.5 width and the 3.25 tall. For the CD case calendars I am making that would work a lot easier so a picture could be put on the page as well. I love having this 2009 now so I can get busy on next years gifts. Now I just have to do them right?!

kathy - i'm glad you'll find these calendars so useful! actually, i've used them for CD calendars, but maybe the orientation of my stamping was different than yours? it's really hard to get a small size and still be able to read the calendar.
try printing them a little smaller [both excel and adobe allow you to print at a % smaller than 100] until you get a size that works but isn't too small to read. you'll have to re-figure the cutting lines tho, as my measurements won't work if the page is printed smaller than 100%.
we'd LOVE to see your creations online so be sure to post to the gallery!

oh my goodness, this is wonderful to have the 2009 calendars already! I did use some of the 2008 ones and just the other realized that I had better finish those up as we are already at the end of February and soon it will be too late for '08 calendars!
thank you so much for sharing this info and also for the very specific cutting instructions, that is wonderfully helpful! Jan
