Oh Tamra, I'm so very sorry to learn of the tragedy that has happened to you and your family. Thank goodness you and your husband are going to be okay physically. My heart goes out to you in the loss of your precious fur babies.

Keeping you and your DH in my thoughts as you heal physically and emotionally from your loss of family members (yes, pets are family!), home and business. I am so sorry
I just read your latest update and the story of sweet little Belle. Wow, I am teary just thinking of all you are going through. Do you have a mailing address at the moment? Because I know there are a lot of stampers reading this who would love to send you some paper love and give you something beautiful to look at, too.
Having gone through my share of life-changing circumstances, I'm going to give you a little unsolicited advice. It's worth the price you're paying for it - nada! - but I know that it's served me well. You don't need to make any HUGE decisions right now -- quitting school, not re-starting your business, etc. You need to huddle tightly with your family, grieve your losses (including your dogs; my only daughters -- Gretel and Diva -- have four legs and fur and I can't fathom how much you must be missing yours. It breaks my heart for you), count your blessings, and take a little break to absorb what's happened. Search your heart for what you REALLY want to do with this opportunity to start all over from scratch, and then pursue that course with abandon. You are supposed to be here, you know?! And no matter where that path takes you, you have a lot of friends here at SCS who will be rooting for you 100%!
I am so sorry for your loss. I am putting you on my prayer calendar. I will be praying that God will send you and your husband comfort during this difficult time.

Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry to hear this has happened to you. I'm so glad you and your husband were able to get out safely, and I hope your burns heal quickly. I'm so sad to hear about your poodles- that is just awful.
I hope you are able to get back on your feet. Losing pets, a home, and a business to tragedy is something no one should have to go through.

How awful...I'm so sorry to hear of your loss, I can't even imagine. Thank goodness that you and your husband, though injured are alive and ok. How terrifying. I'll hold hope that you will re-build bigger and better than ever.
Tamara..Belle truly is a little miracle..as i think she was saved to provide comfort to you and hubby..She is better than any medicene and she knows just what to do ..smother you both with love and comfort..fur babies know when we are hurting and i know there is no greater cure than the unconditional love of our babies.. I can't imagine what you must be feeling. The loss of your babies is so devestating. Only people who have parented an animal can understand that they are your children. I have 3 human children and I still say that my first-born child was my dog. You may rebuild the cardladies and I know that the ladies at this support group will support you 110%. I am amazed at the talent, friendships and love that the members of this group exude. I tend to lurk more than post but I had to post to let you know that I am praying for you. I am so relieved that you and your husband survived. May God bless you and your family and I hope you rebuild your wonderful business omeday.

You are all angels in my book! Your words of encouragement mean so much to my whole family... we were all crowding around reading them just now. Kristin didn't even mind being called clingy... ha! Cause we all are and happy to have each other to cling to. And Belle, too!
we are going to try to get the hard drives out of our old computers, since I am having trouble bringing up theCardLadies site admin to shut it down. Ken needs this computer to cancel the other stuff he just thought of... so the ladies that sent me a private message, I do want to talk to you and will when I get a computer of my own again (tomorrow I hope!). They fuss that I write 'novels' and I do, but it helps me a bunch to get these thoughts and feelings out.
So glad you posted an address for us to send you some token of condolence or hope. I never saw your site or knew anything of thecardladies but am a softy for pets and am so sorry for your loss. When you are ready, please tell us the names of your fur babies, to preserve their memory. As you can see, SCSers are a caring bunch.
