Okay, I am completely obsessed with this technique; before Monday, I had never tried this technique, and now I am absolutely fascinated. I posted on Monday and have had time to practice with two holiday cards. Let me know what you think:
I've been wanting to try this, finally bought all the supplies and gave it a go. HERE is my first attempt. Haven't done a challenge in a long time, this was fun.
I couldn't resist doing the Gamsol magic challenge again. Again, I used a Bella image... great for this technique. So much fun! I really have to get the "real" Gamsol. Getting high with turpentine :-D
When I first heard about this challenge I didn't have the supplies but knew that I had to get them. I do still need some practice but here is one of my attempts at the technique. I am having so much fun with my new toys. I just wish I had more time. Here it is:
I made this cards specifically for the Limited Supply Challenge, but did use the Gamsol Magic techinique so I wanted to include it here too. I haven't pulled out my Gamsol in a while, but I do love the look. Enjoy.
I decided to incorporate this past challenge by using watercolor pencils and baby oil with blending stumps on Mr. Bear in my most recent creation: Birthday Bear
