Autumn Fairy bonus Hostess: Cary (Miss Minx)
Keyword: SEP07VSNPre4
Time: 7:00 PM EST, Friday - August 24
I think autumn is my most favorite time of the year!! I love the excitement of new school supplies and school buses. I love apple harvests and festivals. I love pumpkin patches and hay rides. I love haunted houses and trick or treating. I love October baseball and the kickoff of the football season. I love the crisp cool air and the colors of the leaves. I love that fall is the beginning of great things---Back to School, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Which brings me to your challenge
In anticipation of the Christmas season, your challenge is to create a Christmas card or project. But not just any traditional Christmas card or project---you must create a Christmas card or project using the colors of autumn as your palette. Your creation must have two key elements to it---it must have a Christmas theme using Christmas stamps and the colors you use must scream autumn!!
Cant wait to see what everyone comes up with----everyone is always so creative!! But above all HAVE FUN!!!
*Please remember to put in the correct keyword when uploading your image. If you are using additional keywords, you must separate them with a comma. Copying and pasting the challenge keyword is recommended to avoid typos.
*It is also highly recommended that you post a link to your creation in the chat thread just in case the gallery is being testy.

Cary, this was an amazing challenge! I loved it! I did it only 18 minutes...DH and Markie were laughing at me from the hallway...I couldn't find Circle of Friendship and started grabbing sets and throwing them on the floor...Kinda a wacko when it comes to "Fast Cards!"LOL

I bow down to you. When you were the FS it took me an hour an a half to CASE your card, and I picked what I thought was an easy one.
My stamp room is a mess right now. I'm trying to find a better way to store all my scraps. DH says to file them under "G" but what does he know. I have them in large zip bags, one for each color. They don't all fit in my basket though.

I keep all my C/S in a file cabinet, my scraps are in zip bags and placed right in front of my uncut C/S.
No damage, but boy did the rain come down! We've got water standing in places where it's never gathered before!!!
At least I used the time wisely and everything is all packed up and ready to go for tomorrows stamp camp!
That happened here 2 years ago! Luckily we live at the top of a hill so nothing was underwater here, but we couldn't go anywere for awhile because everything is downhill.

I have Challenge Days (VSN style!) at my home...I limit the customer count to 6 and then 2 of my downline come. It costs $10 to attend, and I set up the living room with all my stamp sets, embellishments, stamp pads, punches, etc. Then I read off a challenge and the make the cards out of my SCRAPS and left over set ups from stamp camp. They are not allowed to use "virgin" paper and have to use the already cut pieces! They have 45 minutes to make the card and they all vote on the best! I give stamp sets as prizes! (It's a great way to get rid of the scraps!)

What a GREAT idea! I so wish I had customers to do that with. I love it though and will remember that for "one day".
