What do you think I could get for one that is new but out of the package???
I have the mega and giga scalloped circles but would like to find the scalloped ovals. I can and will be patient waiting for these! WOW!! $81.00 !!!!!! Someone has more money than brains!!
Id have to question this auction its someone with a 0 feedback if you look at the bids that is making the bids go up and only one gunho bidder that obviously wants it nomatter what the price is... makes ya wonder..

Get this!!!!!! The 1st set of 16 clear $1.00 stamps + 2 blocks went for drum rolllllllllllllllllllllll $60.01. That was the highest I have seen an entire set go for. Can you believe that! How crazy are people? I would rather buy a couple of sets from SU or CTMH or something else.
I just went to the Dollar Tree tonight and found the Marvy Mega 2 1/2 inch scalloped square punch (I know everyone wants the Giga and the circle and the oval). Nevertheless, I was pretty excited and couldn't believe I was only getting it for $1!!!
I found the scalloped ovals and circles and just ordered!!!
Hopefully I won't get an email saying they are out of stock.

WOWZERS! I know those punches are popular and obviously highly desireable. That ebay seller is going to do well with it selling for that!!! Imagine the stamp sets you could buy with the money from selling the one punch...
On a lark, I went onto Joann's and was shocked to see a Giga Scallop Oval. I put it in my shopping basket, used a 40% off coupon code, hit "enter" ... fully expected to see a "backorder" status, but didn't. I received shipping notification within a day and it just arrived yesterday!
I found the scalloped ovals and circles and just ordered!!!
Hopefully I won't get an email saying they are out of stock.

wow, I knew there'd be something in the forums about this. I have been wanting the scalloped punches for a long time and finally decided to find them and have been stymied. I too saw the outrageous prices on e-bay and decided that wasn't the rout to go. The vultures on that site know what the popular items are and scarf them up to sell them for outrageous prices. I appreciate the links to other sources provided by the generous members of this site. Here's a big hug and kiss from me for that. Thanks!
What a bummer...went to the Uchida site and the mega scalloped circle, oval, and square are out of stock as well as the giga scalloped circle and oval. Guess, I'll just have to be patient.
I just bought mine on ebay about two weeks ago. I paid 18.99 plus 5 for shipping. I got it buy it now....I must have just been there at the right time.
i know it man i want those dang punches so bad and i have looked all over the state of Texas and louisana and still no luck i have looked online everywere and every place is out of stock wonder what the deal is??????????

My sister works at an online scrapbooking store called croppingcorner.com and she gets so mad about this! She says that Marvy isn't used to stampers wanting their products, and wasn't prepared for SCSers! She doesn't understand why they can't just make more punches. They send them to the store SIX at a time. They have like 30 people on their waiting list, and they only ever get six. I don't get it either. I don't understand manufacturing. If you can make six, why can't you make 60? It's a mystery...

Okay....So every time I make it down to impress, they have at least one of every kind....I know I am going to regret posting this since I have one more to get:mrgreen:
Now, they don't show up on their website, but if you call the tukwila store, they ship.
And there real good about letting you know when they come back in stock.
The prices have gone up a dollar or two, (they blame the price of metal going up)But the big one (purple) sells for 22.95, and the pink is 17.95 (I think!!)
Craft Warehouses all over several states have many of them. I was travelling recently and saw literally hundreds of them in this chain of stores. I was in 5 of these stores and they all had the shelves full of them.

They still have them all! I just ordered the circles 'cause i had the others from about a year ago when I found a great deal someplace online that I don't remember.....Oh well.....Go. Shop. Now. Report back on good reviews.
I was so lucky to get my Mega scalloped circle a few weeks ago at my local Ben Franklin Craft store. The were out of stock on Oahu, but located one on the Big Island and one of their employees was coming to Oahu and brought my punch with him. The day it was ready for pick up I had a 40% coupon and after getting management approval, they let me use it. So, I got it for about $13.50 with no shipping.
Just wanted to let you all know that I order my maga and giga scalloped punches a few weeks ago and I've got them super fast. I ordered from www.stampandgo.com I just checked and looks like they still have them in. And the square one is there too.
I ordered the mega scalloped oval, giga scalloped oval, giga scalloped circle, and giga scalloped square from stampandgo.com. The ovals and circle arrived within a week and the square (on backorder) arrived a few days later. Excellent service!! I was really happy to get them. I have the colluzel cutter and I use it for plain circles and ovals but I need a punch for the scallops because I had a stroke and scallops are too hard to make.
I myself have tried all over the internet for the punch. I went to the S/B store here in town and I asked if they could order it for me. She did and I got a call yesterday. It only took a little over a week. Now I wish I would of ordered the oval as well as the circle punch.

If you ladies are really wanting one but have to wait, in the mean time you could use your coluzzle circle and scallop edge scissors...thats what I do, saves me 40 bucks, lol!
I saw the scallops at my LSS last week.....of course I have them all & of course, I ordered mine online a long time ago before this store carried them...had to pay shipping....oh well, at least I have them, right?
My craft warehouse has bunches of em. You guys finally talked me into them and I broke down and bought the Giga. 17.99. Thanks for enabling me again. This thing is HUGE, I dont know where to store it, I think I could keep it beside the bed for home defense. Good luck on your searches. I am half tempted to list em on ebay. That is a crazy price. I could buy so many stamps.....hummmmm.
I was just in our Craft Warehouse (50 miles from here) 2 days ago and they had just received 50 punches of each size and style. Boxes and boxes of them!
I already own the giga punches, but saw the giga scalloped oval in my LSS last night. Maybe I should have bought it to resell on ebay. Think of all the goodies I could have purchased with the profit!!!
They are back in stock again at www . stampandgo . com (take the spaces out of the link - I cant get links to work) I got mine last month and they were super fast. Flat rate shipping too so you save on postage. They have the Gigas and the Megas.
