Great challenge! (I can say that now that I'm done). I have to admit I struggled at first with these colors, but now I get it! Sometimes you just gotta spell it out for me!! lol Here it is

It is 74 degrees here, Yes I am bragging.
Wow I would of never put these colors together by myself. So much fun to do. Thank you for another awesome color challenge. I used all 5 inks to watercolor the picture. found a printed paper that was very close in colors.

This was a tough challenge for me!!! So many colors to use! (and my least favorite being really rust...)
I got a little stuck here, but I think it turned out o.k.

here is my first color challenge! I didn't have cool carribean and thought I could use turquoise, but YUCK! Fortunately the Basic Grey paper I used had a bit of the blue tone to it. I broke out my trusty Like It A Latte set for this one. TFL!

I didn't have Cool Caribbean, or anything close to it, so I left it out. But I used the rest. I just got my oval punch and my first batch of SU paper in, so I was excited to be able to use it right away. Thanks for looking.

Well I hope it's okay that I post this one,I don't have Cool Caribbean,or Old Olive,and I don't have any of the ink!!So here it is.I substituted Tempting Turquoise for the CC,and True Thyme for the Old Olive,then versa mark for all of the ink.Very challenging when you don't have many of the colors!TFL

harder than I thought!
So, I decided today that I'm going to do one SCS challenge a week to learn new things, and move out of my comfort zone. I started playing with my new Bella (she arrived today!) and pulled all the cardstock for this color combination. Eesh. This is so hard. I'm stumped. So, when I finally post, I apologize as I'm still not loving it........ But, that's why I'm going this I guess?? Next one will have to be a layout challenge!!

Here's my attempt at the challenge. I used tempting turquoise instead of cool caribbean. I had to use blender pens and pastels for the really rust, tempting turquoise, and so saffron b/c I don't have that paper or ink.

What a fabulous color combo! Definitely up my alley. I know Real Rust doesn't seem to be a favorite around here, but I do like this color (must be 'cos it matches my hair...)
Here's what I came up with. I could have made it fancier, but I wanted it to be simple enough to use for my club meeting this week:
