Default All-in-one box template/instructions

Hello,
Here is the template for the "all-in-one" box I posted here: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Several people have requested the instructions--hope these are sufficient. The big template is at 50%. Make measurements on a 12x12 piece of cardstock. The side that you mark on will be the inside of the box and the outside of the lid.

*I recommend doing all the measuring, starting at the top and right side on the side of the paper. Then just print out the shapes I've made and use them as a guide for the cut out areas (they are at 100%, so should be right size).

*The box body can be be lengthened and the 3" bottom of the box shortened somewhat.

*I didn't put foldind instructions on template, but from the top, horiz. folds go mountain, mountain, valley, valley. All vert. folds are valley, except for small tab at top.

Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for all the nice comments!

Default All in one box template/instructions

Hi Julie,
I saw the picture you had posted in 2006 of this box and wanted to download the template and instructions for it but I couldn't get the files to open. Do you have these files in an alternative form that I would be able to access or could the template etc. be e-mailed to me? I would really appreciate any help with this that you could give me. TIA

Linda, sometimes when that happens (you can't get a file to open) right-click on the link for the file and then click "Save Target As..." and save it on your desktop or somewhere easily findable (is that a word?). Then go to that file and open it.

If that doesn't work, post back and let us know!

Linda,
I have a new computer since this template so I'm not able to access it right now to see if I can get it in a different form. Hopefully you'll be able to get it with Martha's instructions, if not you can download (free) Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Also, I suggest that you just use the measurements on a 12x12 piece of cardstock from the first download because that is only at 50%. And then you can print out the pieces from the second download and trace them on your cardstock, because those are at 100%. Hope that makes sense!
