Thanks for posting this here, Amber! I love when I receive good customer service. So many times people post/publish complaints, but I like to highlight good stuff! I haven't ordered in a while, so when I received my goodies, I immediately thought, this is definitely worth a video for everyone who watches to know how fast the shipping is and how the customer is treated.
