sorry for the delay...we had some crazy weather here yesterday and my internet was down all day. Talk about withdrawal!
But on the plus side, it gave me time to stamp. I have done 2 cards for this challenge:
I should probably sketch this right now before heading to bed incase our power goes out! Winds are strong right now.
Not sure where you are but we had a VERY strong wind storm here too (it picked up our hundred pound pump house lid and threw it 20 feet) and it didn't knock out my power but it did take out our internet tower :( I was so bummed that the net was out on all days....sketch challenge day! Glad it's back on today though and can't wait to see what everyone has been doing. Now if we can make it through the snow and ice storm headed our way lol.

Oooops - I see now (after making, scanning, blogging & posting) that I'm missing the background panel. Oh, bummer. Here it is anyway I'll do better next week! Anyway, this sketch rolled in perfectly with the New Technique Dahlia fold, so you guys did get me workin' away. Thanks!
This is my 3rd challenge and I loved the Dahlia flower from Monday that I did it again. I think it is just such a beautiful flower fold. Please check it out and feel free to give me some advice on what I could do to make my cards more "wow". Thanks!!!

Here's my card. I combined this week's sketch with today's ways to use it challenge using staples. Hmmm...think I like it better without the staples though!

Forgive me for being so late this week. I have a good excuse though. I had a really sick little boy yesterday, so I wasn't able to get to my stamping. He is much better today though.
So anyway, here is my card for SC161. Embrace the Scallops!
I had a great time with this one.
Thanks Rox for another great sketch!!!
