Hello everyone...this has been copied and pasted from my blog post today.

As you know, we have been participating in the SCS Member Company Program. This is a new program and we, as well as the other Member Companies, signed up for a 3-month trial period to see if the forum was a good fit for our particular companies. Over the past three months we have learned a lot about our company and our customers. What we have learned is that we have lots of customers who frequent SCS on a regular basis, but that we *also have a lot of customers coming from elsewhere.* This is a GOOD thing for our company...it means we are being visited by all kinds of people from all kinds of places. However, we have been posting a lot of important company information here on our SCS forum knowing that not everyone has been seeing it.

You may have noticed that we have recently added our own company forum to our website. We did this so we can more effectively communicate with all our customers.

So, we now have two forums. It is very time-consuming to maintain one forum let alone two. With this in mind, we have decided it would be best to close our SCS Forum and utilize the forum on our website where it is more "connected" to our company. We have loved getting to know all of you better and cherish the friendships we have made, and we hope to continue this on our own forum! We will continue to post our sketch challenges where you are welcome to post your samples (or link to your SCS gallery) there, and we would love to have you come and chit-chat with us at any time! Meridith will even be moving her famous crock-pot recipe thread there, ha ha! (Go copy the recipies that are there now though before the 15th!) Our SCS Forum will close at midnight on January 14th.

We will continue to support Splitcoast through our banner ads and other advertising, and we will be popping in on the threads too so we're not going anywhere SCS Members! We'll be around! We love the SCS folk and everything they have done for us.

Thanks so much for your support everyone! We look forward to the upcoming year as we continue to grow and make cute stamps.

Well thank goodness the crock pot recipes will be saved...I was sweating it there for a few! You know I will miss you being so close by, you two are just such wonderful *girls* ( am officially not young enough to be called a girl anymore, I have become *mam*...) and I can't wait to watch Lizzie Anne continue to grow in every direction! I especially can't wait to meet you next month...I don't think I've mentioned that yet today! I will go check out the new forum! Hugs, Kim

I'm pretty sure I'm a *mam* now too....ha ha.

The Member Company did help us to get to know a lot of wonderful people like you Kim, and that's something we will never regret doing. We won't be dissapearing by any means.

I'll be sad to see this forum close (and I'll be sure to print the crcokpot thread ) But I *totally* get it, and can't imagine how hard it must be to maintain two forums plus run a company!! I've enjoyed getting to know you ladies more, and look forward to seeing you on the LAD forum too! I signed up last week, just haven't posted yet.

This was a very hard decision for us to make. We've loved being a Member Company here on SCS, and it's been so much fun to meet everyone! We aren't going anywhere, we'll still be around. We just won't be managing a forum here. As Lizzie Anne Designs is growing rapidly, Tricia and I find ourselves stretched thinner and thinner, and we just need to consolidate things where we can. Thank you all so much for understanding, and please feel free to drop by our forum on our website anytime!

BTW- We are definitely going to continue our sketch challenges and our Monthly Gallery Winner. We will be picking a monthly winner on the 13th this month as our forum closes at midnight on the 14th. From then on, we will pick one from our customer gallery in our sketchbook.

Sorry to see you gals leave SCS Member Forums because it was convenient to pop over there from here. I'll just have to click on your banner ads more often now. I did sign up for your forum last week.

I, too, am sorry to see you go from here because of the ease of popping over to see what was new. But I totally understand making things less hectic for yourselves. I have already signed up for the forum, and hope to get some challenge cards posted, soon! ( That for me is one thing that gets lost in every day busy-ness. I'm happy if I get them made and into the mail, but having a record is really nice!)
