Can I please take you up on this? I could use the Born To Ride logo 18x. PM me with your address and I will send you some paper and postage. How big is the logo so I know how many might fit on a 1/4 sheet?

Diana - we have ended up having to juggle 1) guests for dinner 2) a birthday party and 3) FIL's bday dinner this weekend.
So... I wont be able to make the "party" =(
I can't remember reading if the swaps are swapped out, or what.. so not sure what the best thing to do is.
Chrystine... are you around this weekend? I could drop off the stamps for Teresa to you, and pick up the tins... or I could take a couple hours and drive up to Dianas... is the fancy fold swap swapped out? Brain fart and i can't remember if its on its way back or not.
My head is not on straight. We have a bake sale, and I just came back from running out to the bakery to buy some stuff, and then to the kitchen store to buy a plate to put it on, washing the plate and handing it off to the bake sale people..... now I'm sitting here trying to make my breathing normal again.. hahahahaha

Thanks for the welcome girls I think I should feel right at home here....except rather a coffee could I swap it for either a Diet coke or most preferably a large glass of red wine?
I am going to assume that sending your child out in a tutu selling cookies is for charity and not some kind of Canadian way to make your children earn their keep? either way it sounds quite profitable

LOL! She takes Ballet, tap and jazz lessons. The cookies help pay for costumes, etc. I thought the tutu would look cute since she is 6 years old...I did send her daddy out with her.

I'll be crafting all night. No time to even talk, just craft, craft, craft, craft!
Man, I hope my motorcycle stamp gets here today. It's almost 2 weeks since I ordered it and I've had my cards cut out since that day too.

Hmm.. how 'bout this... if I come by sometime tonight, drop off stamps for Teresa and pick up tins.
Teresa/Diana can you leave my stuff with Christyne and I'll pick it up from her sometime next week?
Would that work? If you're willing Christyne.. I can meet you somewhere or come by your place.
If that doesn't work, then I can drive up to Diana's on Saturday drop off the stamps, and get my fancy fold swap.
And the rest figure it out later.. lol

boys are stupid,
Throw rocks at them!!
I am home until about 2 today Christyne. Are you taking Lakeshore down?
If you're taking the highway, I"m just up the 427 a bit.
We are going to head down to Old Navy/Walmart/Home Depot complex that's just off the Queensway around 2 or 3. Gotta pick up some stuff and TP is on sale at Walmart. When are you heading downtown?
Worse case...... Teresa, are you coming up the 427 to Diana's tonight?
Or i can probably sqeeze an hour or two before bday party to head up to Diana's.
Actually, worse case I can head up tomorrow morning to Diana's and see whoever's there and head back for the other bday party.... lol

Ya, throw rocks at 'em.
I dunno, but remember that I am coming later after I drop Bob off at his gig in Hamilton for 9pm. Did you want me to drop off/pick up stuff/you?
Are we supposed to wear our pjs for this party?

If I did a "get well" swap and called it a "h1N1 swap" would people think that was clever or would they think it was tasteless?

LOL Teresa! I think would find it hysterical (me!) but others who have been affected by it would find it tasteless. Better go for "get well". I'll join! But better make it due in February!

Yes, as someone who has to put on a gown, gloves, maske and goggles every time someone sneezes around here, I would probably not enjoy that title!

Anyhoo... Christyne, if you're around this week, we can do the exchange.
Or, if Teresa, you're passing by my place after 6pm this week, let me know.
i'm sure we can find some time this week....

Good morning everyone!!! How was the weekend?
Not much going on here...I worked with my upline on Saturday and spent Sunday relaxing at home...it was a good thing...
Karen, I'm out on the Danforth on Tuesday (not sure where in Toronto you work), but other than that I'm around in the Mississauga area...perhaps we can find a day/time!

The only time I have been out on the Danforth is when I got lost over there two years ago.. lol
I'm actually a few blocks from Union Station.
Anyhoo... I can swing by through to Mississauga sometime this week. Maybe Wednesday? I can meet you somewhere (Michaels?) ~ or if its easier, I can just swing by your place. up to you.
This is a non-kid weekend, so I wont be able to make the party. I was still totally confused about the whole thing though. I was thinking.. you know, I swear I thought it was on a non-custody weekend, but I must have it mixed up.. lol
Bf mentioned last night that he wants to drive up and check up on the cottage & go to the Casino - then maybe take me to watch New Moon. Now I like you girls, but this is a date. And I do NOT get those very often!! If I play my cards right, I might even get lucky! LOL!!!! j/k ~

WOOHOO!!! Getting lucky trumps card-making any day - LOL!
It might be best if you swing into Mississauga. Do you know where the Michael's is at Dixie Value Mall? I need to hit a Michael's anyway as I want to buy some Wilton stuff for DD...

I know exactly where that Mike's is.. its the closest one to me, and the only one I know how to get to besides the one off the highway in St. Catherines... lol (never been there though).
What night works best for you?
