Inspiration Challenge 205 ~ Jonathan Adler

This week’s Inspiration Challenge comes from the fabulous designs of Jonathan Adler. Whether it’s his pottery, pillows, or curiosities, I’m sure you will find inspiration.

For those of you who say you get overwhelmed with having too many choices, I have uploaded three of my favorites … so just stick with one (or all) of those for your inspiration. For the rest of you, remember to link us up to the item from Jonathan Adler that inspired you.

Use the keyword: IC205 (no spaces or extra characters) when you upload your card, and make sure you put commas between your key words.

How to Play ~ View the attached images. You may be inspired to recreate the pieces ~ but that isn't necessary ... get your inspiration from the colors, layout, style or 'theme'. Just enjoy wherever your inspired creative journey takes you. Make the inspiration piece your own. Don't worry ~ no card is 'wrong' and there is no time limit for uploading your card for the challenge. There are no rules, so let your creative juices run wild ~ be *inspired* and go get stamping!

Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site). Also, remember to link to your SCS gallery on this thread. Thank you for joining me on this inspiration journey.

Ohhh, looks interesting...But I am so tired after staying up all night making a rag quilt last night, then just babysat 3 boys plus my 2...meaning 5 boys. What a night, they wore me out. Man oh man, is SCS slow tonite or is it my computer???? Geesh!!! It has taken me so long to get this posted I almost gave up!! Here is my card and the link to the inspiration is on the description:

A challenging challenge, Steph.......for me any ways! I'm not so great with modern or contemporary, so it was a good exercise for me. The "Lady Pillows" would have been a little racy for my friends!! ; ) So I chose to incorporate his textures into backgrounds for a sedate card.

Oh, I just love Jonathan Adler...I have a slight Barbie obsession and he designed all of the inside of Barbie's "Real life" Malibu Dream house...Might have to incorporate her into this card. Great Challenge, Stef!
