Default Newbie here from MD - hi all

Would anyone recommend any SCS forums I should check out? I'm on several other sites as well but like SCS because of it's vast user base.

I live on the Eastern Shore of MD, used to scrap a lot more, now I like making cards, tags, party favor labels, etc.

I like acrylic stamps but use several SU products. Acrylic stamps just take up less space then rubber stamps and I like that you can see where you are about to stamp with acrylic stamps.

Also interested in finding out about copic markers.

In addition to stampin, scrapin, I enjoy boating on the Chesapeake and Rving.
Thanks all, nice to meet you.

I don't really know anything about Copics, but I just wanted to welcome you to the board!

Welcome, eagerscrapper. As far as Copics go, for general information, go to: http://www.ilikemarkers.blogspot.com/ That's the blog of "the Copic lady," Maryanne Walker. You'll find links on her blog to other bloggers.

Beyond her, site, you can do a search here (focus on the general stamping and tool and products forums). If you have a specific question, chances are it's already been asked and answered here. Different key words will yield different search results, so it really depends on what you wish to know about the markers. You can also ask questions at ilikemarkers.

In addition, Sharon Harnist is also very knowlegeable about Copics; in fact, hers is probably one of the links you'll find at ilikemarkers. But, to save you search time, here is a link to Sharon Harnist's blog, the Copic area: http://paperfections.typepad.com/pap...info-page.html

There are other bloggers who post on Copics as well; this list is not complete, but it is a really good place to start.

Have fun lookin' and learnin'!
