HSN Has new cuttlebug folders

I've never purchased from HSN before so I'm not aware of their policies. Are these Cuttlebug folders in stock and ready to mail or is it pre-order thing where you have to wait for HSN to get the items from Provocraft in the distant future? I'm not asking this in an advesarial way, just wondering when one could expect to get them.

I've done a pre-order from HSN before. There was a promised date for shipment & my folders arrived before the promised ship date. I'm guessing that they allow extra time. I read that the folders are being relesed during the Gypsy show on November 2nd. The two ornament folders are supposed to be a HSN only exclusive item, and limited quantity. So, if you wnat them, pre-order them. HSN has really good customer service. JIL

Thank you too for the poster mentioning HSN Customer Service.. about 10 years ago I ordered some Orange Glo and it took nearly 3 weeks to get to me.. I have never ordered again. I should give them another try.

I've ordered mine from HSN yesterday as well. The last "Special" on the new folders they had I missed out, so this time I was on time . Got my order confirmation right away but no shipping confirmation yet, but as long as I get them before Christmas I am all right. The last time I ordered from a different company and I had to wait 2 month to get 3 folders . HSN is all right with their shipping time.

I ordered mine last week on Thursday, I think it was, and they have already sent me an email to say that they have been sent as of this morning. They have them in stock unless they sell out today. I'm not sure how they work a sellout, I have always ordered from QVC. When they had a sellout you could go on a wait list and the product would sent out as soon as it was back in stock.

Are these exclusive to HSN as I don't recognize the folders of where else I can order these folders. I'm in Canada & they don't ship up here. Does anyone know where else I can buy these from & willing to ship Canada. I really would like to get these or is there someone who is going to buy one can purchase 2 sets & I'll send you money and you can mail it to me to Canada. I'll even pay the 1/2 the postage from HSN & then the full shipping frm US to Cda. Thanks!

The HSN ones and one of the Oh My Crafts sets are exclusive to each company. I got my shipping confirmation from HSN yesterday shortly after I ordered. Said I would have them November 9. YEEHAH..

I just got done ordering them, too. This is my first HSN purchase, so I'm a little nervous about delivery time, etc., but I am trusting in the testimonials from all you here. I was told my delivery date is Nov. 13 - that would be wonderful if it happens!

Question for you veteran HSN shoppers, when you got an e-mail, was it only to let you know it had been shipped?

I called in my order on Monday night and they got my e-mail addy at that time. I figured I would get an e-mail confirmation after the call...I did not. I did get an order number before I hung up, but the person taking the order indicated that I would get an email confirm. Should I be concerned that I have not received an e-mail of either the confirm of the order or shipping? When should I be concerned?

I'm not sure how they do if you call in an order, Ihave their credit card so I go on line and order, the same way I do at QVC. So I get the email confirming the order because I signed up for that, and I also get the email letting me know when the order ships. I hope this answers your question..........

I got my HSN Cuttlebug folders today and they are BEAUTIFUL!! I especially love that several of them are larger than the regular Cuttlebug Embossing folders, so you can use them for the whole card front rather than having to make a smaller panel.

Your answer didn't directly help, but indirectly it did, so thank you!

I decided to go to their website and see what they had under acct info and discovered that you don't need to have a web acct set up to check an order. All you need is your phone # and order number and since I had both I was able to check my acct. It's there (I was concerned it was "lost" ), so it was good to see they had a record of it! And it hasn't been shipped yet, but the original estimated ship date is the same as before, Nov. 13. Whew! Nice to know how to check the order's progress.

The Oh My Crafts exclusive Christmas ones are also awesome...just love my bug and all these embossing folders...I might have my HSN ones today.
