Welcome to the latest and greatest Papertrey Ink Swap! If you love PTI products like I do, you will be sure to sign up for this amazing swap!! I've been participating in these PTI swaps for over a year now. These PTI cards are by far, my most favorite and treasured swap cards ever. Previous swaps may be found in the galleries of Justtieszen, cupojafa, chrys23, amystamper & steffie1027. Trust me, you will not be dissappointed with your cards! These are some talented stampers!

As a thank you for joining my swap, I will be making each and every one of you a special something.

In this swap we will have a REGULAR CARD SWAP and an ALTERED NOTEPAD SWAP. What a great way to get organized for the New Year!!!

And now for the basics:

Deadlines: Due in my hands by February 1st, 2010. You can sign up for a max of 2 spots in each category. The deadline for signing up for this swap is January 15, 2010. If you sign up and find out that you can't make the deadline please let me know ASAP, I understand that things come up.

Questions: You can post your questions here on the thread or you can PM me. Remember to subscribe to this thread to stay updated, just click on thread tools and then subscribe to this thread and select email notification.


Regular card swap:

Description: Any occasion, any color combination, any technique you wish to use. Please make full cards, use at least one embellishment and if you wish you can stamp on the inside of your card but it is not required. It is required for this swap that you use PTI images, all other products are NVR (no vendor required--PTI & SU card stock prefered).

Quantity: 5+1 You can sign up for a max of 2 spots, please make different sets of cards for each spot. I will be swapping 5 different cards, you will not get one of yours back so make sure to make an extra for yourself. The plus 1 is for the hostess. You will send in 6 cards and get 5 different ones back.


Altered Notepad Swap:

Description: Choose your own theme for the notepad. Use any color combo, any embellishments and any PTI stamps. You can see some examples HERE. You can use Nichole Heady's template HERE. Or you can make these super cute mini composition notebooks as seen HERE. (I use one of these everyday and it is SO handy. I can easily slip it in my super small purse.) If anyone would prefer to have only one certain size notepad in return, please let me know and I'll accomodate the best that I can. You can pm me if you'd like or post your preference here in the thread.

Quantity: 3 + 1, max of 2 spots. You will not get one of yours back so make sure to make an extra for yourself!! The plus 1 is for the hostess. You will send in 4 notepads and get 3 different ones back.


Mailing Instructions:

Packaging: Place your swap cards or notebooks in a zip lock bag to waterproof and protect your work. Write your real name, SCS name and the swap name on a piece of paper either inside of the bag or on the bag itself.

Swap Return: Place bag inside a self addressed stamped envelope for return mail purposes. The amount of postage on your SASE should be the same amount that it takes to mail to the swap hostess. Please Remember no metered strips...they are only good for the day you purchase them, please use stamps on your return envelope! Please include 2 extra stamps in your bag to cover any extra postage, they will be returned to you if I don't use them. Place your SASE inside your mailing envelope. When you are ready, PM me for my mailing address. Let's get started!!

I am glad you liked that card! Truthfully, I got that set just for the swirly tree, but once I stamped this one and found out how fun it was to add buttons to it, I was really glad I had it. I'm all about fast Christmas cards!!!

I have one tote that is full of PTI stamps, and overflowing some, so now it is time to buy another tote so my stamp sets will have a place to live! Who knew it would turn into such an addiction!

Welcome fellow PTI Addict! I promise you that you will love the swap creations that you get back. And then you will want to add a bunch more stuff to your PTI collection. You might as well buy that tote now.

This reminds me. I meant to ask, are we restricted to the Jr. legal pad format, or can we use like a mini composition book or some such? I had not planned to order the notebook set.

I know...there are actually two sets I just HAVE to have. One is the teapot set for my Tea or Coffee swap (sorry for the inadvertent plug, but since it is right there, why don't you all come join me ) and the other is a Christmas set. I feel if I join this swap, I am going to need to go purchase those...

It has been a difficult decision (which took me about two seconds to make), but I would love to take one spot please...sign me up

Amy, you can use any PTI set, you don't need their notebook set.

I guess if everyone doesn't mind variety I say use whichever you prefer! I thought using those pads would help cut down the shipping cost. But personally, I love the mini composition books!! So as long as there is no objection use whatever size book you'd like.

If anyone would prefer to have only one certain size notebook in return, please let me know and I'll accomodate the best that I can. You can pm me if you'd like or post your preference here.
